Help when it's needed
Kevin & Charlotte are always so helpful with advice, recommendations and going out of their way to help any way they can.
I couldn't collect my order due to a knee injury, Kevin offered to drop off to me and then bacause he was extra busy, posted it out to me free of charge.
I couldn't wish for better people to buy from.

Would have gotten five stars…….
We would have given a five star review; need to sort out the delivery time/courier used (Evri!).
That said the quality of the Ostrich bones is awesome and would definitely consider buying again in the future.

We have tried many different delivery companies all of which have good and bad points. As you can see from our many 5* reviews delivery issues are very rare!

The best site for natural, quality treats!
The best dog treat site I have used. Not only are their products my dog's favourites, but their customer service is amazing if you ever have a problem. They also offer a rewards system which is really helpful over time. I love the fact that all of their treats are natural and U.K. sourced and I always have confidence that I'll be getting exactly what I asked for and that the quality will be really high.

My favourite small business to support. My dog loves all the treats. The prices are very decent and it’s hard to find furry rabbits ears so we always order those here! Delivery is quick too
