I went for a Ficus Belize. It’s absolute beautiful. So happy. Happy Houseplants are super helpful, knowledgable and can’t do enough with lots of helpful tips and advice. Fantastic customer service. I would 100% recommend!

Bought ~10 plants and they arrived healthy in very good, eco friendly packaging.

Customer service was also very responsive and sent out a replacement due to a delivery mishap!

My araucaria arrived one day after ordering, so well packed that the plant hadn't suffered in any way. A beautiful plant in really good condition, with careful instructions on how to maintain its quality. Thank you , the thoughtfulness is much appreciated.

The plants are so amazing, very healthy and really good sizes with loads of new growth. They are packaged very carefully and the customer service is next level, every question answered very quickly and loads of advice and after care given. I've ordered plants twice now and all five plants have been the same quality. Would highly recommend buying plants from here you won't be disappointed!

Made a big order for our office and the plants were hand delivered in perfect condition.
Plants actually looked better than the photos and was given an overview of care instructions for each plant.

I was a bit of a muppet and put the wrong postcode in for delivery, causing the couriers to return the order to Happy Houseplants. The courier told me to speak to HH and the lovely Emily explained the issue and had it sorted very quickly. Excellent service! Thank you so much - highly recommended. 💚

Outstanding company First class Customer service received from Emily, empathetic to my needs and dealt with my enqury promptly. My plant arrived within two days of ordering, super fast delivery, well packaged considering the size of my Euphorbia Ingens. I will absolutely recommend this company and will be purchasing future plants from them. The plant looks healthy and well looked after before sending to me. The mermaid vine and purple heart plants were well packaged, and the size and health were of a high quality.
The only let down was that the delivery person chose to leave the package some 100 metres away from the delivery address

I was completely at fault in making a bo bo with address and initial the plant went to wrong address after contacting happy houseplants the very kind compassionate lady replaced the plant and rederived to right address this was above and beyond my expectation what fab customer service will recommend and use again thank you

I make a lot of online orders for plans and having placed my first order with Happy Houseplants I was so happy with my delivery. Everything was carefully and beautifully packaged, the plants ate stunning and really well priced! You can tell a lot of care is taken with them.

We received the wrong plant in error yesterday however when I called up to let them know, it was quickly put right with a replacement order being organised right away which we received today. The plants are gorgeous, well packaged and we were told we could keep the plant we received by mistake which was so kind of them. I am really impressed with their amazing customer service and will definitely be back to shop more soon as the plants look really healthy and happy! Thank you!

I made a mistake with my order. Not only did Emily reply quickly, she solved the problem beautifully. The recipient just received his delivery, which was on time and exactly as ordered. Highly reommended

Happy Houseplants is a great name for this business, not just because their products are beautiful, but because their attention to detail cannot do anything other than leave their customers feeling utterly delighted. Nothing is too much trouble - I phoned at teatime with a mistake that I had made on my order and the owner was kind enough to put things right for me despite having her hands full at home. Given that they are posting fragile items, everything was so intelligently wrapped that it all arrived as if I had collected my order in person. It must have taken them an age to package everything and that demonstrates just how much care the owners take. The plants themselves were wonderful and every bit as good as they appear on the website. I placed my order late on Monday and had received it by Thursday. All in all, I couldn't recommend this company highly enough. I have already placed a second order and am sure that you will be very happy indeed if you decide to place one too

The plant arrived, well packaged and is now in situ. I just wanted you to know that I am over the moon with everything – the size of the plant, it is healthy, fresh and vibrant, arrived without damage and looks glorious.

Cannot fault this company. Excellent knowledge of plants and great selection to chose from. Plants supplied make our living room so pretty, thank you for your speedy service, will definitely be buying from you again! 😍

Plant started shedding leaves within days. Tried placing it in different areas of our flat in case an issue with light. The plant continued to die. Sent multiple emails - company always replied but the emails were occasionally defensive and in every case major gaslighting was happening. They said I overwatered with no evidence. Took their scant advice and cut back plant in an attempt to save it. The plant continued to die. There is no way this plant was healthy upon arrival. I have other plants that I bought at the same time and they are thriving. My good friend who is a professional gardener agreed with me after taking a closer look. Whatever the selection or how good they seem initially, bad manners, lack of responsibility and a serious case of gaslighting means I will never order from them again. Be warned.

The reply below is a complete lie. I bought the plant FOUR months ago and I first contacted them TWO months after receiving the plant. The plant started to DIE WITHIN WEEKS of receiving.

It’s actually helpful to see their reply below as it’s as rude, dismissive and full of falsehoods as their emails to me.

An amazing company, such a great selection of plants and any time I had a question it was answered right away!
And order was delivered really quickly!

Received a beautiful Schefflera plant from here as a gift from my Mum. Unfortunately after a month my plant started to suffer, lost a huge amount of leaves and one of the stalks turned black - this was through my poor care - leaving it in a cold draughty spot with no sunshine. I emailed the company for advice. Emily replied and provided comprehensive advice to help my plant. One month on and my plant is now happy and growing nicely. Thankful I don't have to admit to my Mum that I killed her present !!
