The best place to buy houseplants ever. Excellent plants, healthy and bigger than you expect. Good choice too. I love that online you can find a full instructions how to look after your plants. My babes have arrived much faster than been expected in a good,safe recyclable box with a cute card inside. I strongly recommend this place and will definitely return here.

I love everything about this small company. The plants are super pristine, and extremely carefully packed. Hardly any soil at all is displaced, no damaged leaves, and the plants are really healthy looking. Added to that, the customer service from Emily is also brilliant. I will definitely be purchasing from them again.

Ordered a Dypsis lutescens (Areca Palm, Butterfly Palm) for my sister who recently lost her dog. She is thrilled with the plant, and has put it where her dog’s bed used to be.

As a plant lover, I purchased a Norfolk Island Pine as an eco friendly Christmas tree! Fantastic service throughout. The plant was healthy and lovely on arrival, better than I expected. Most of all, I appreciated the eco friendly packaging - no plastic in sight apart from the tape helping to secure the soil in the pot. Dispatch and delivery was so quick - it was dispatched the next day after ordering and arrived the day after by DPD, my favoured courier. Happy Houseplants will be my first port of call in future for specialist plants!

I'm actually writing a review ahead of actually receiving my first order, which I'm looking forward to having read the reviews,

However, the Plant Temptress message of "you can still add to your order" led me to order a Surprise Box 60secs after placing my initial order!

I truly hope (or not - a DM from my bank account) that you are as fantabulous as all the reviews read over the past few weeks and excited to add to my rapidly growing jungle having just unpacked a new delivery of 6 plants (I know - don't ask m) )

The plants arrived well packaged and in great condition. Really healthy and lovely plants. Will be ordering again for sure

Amazing Customer service, wish I could give more stars. The plants arrived next day in perfect condition. I have ordered many home plants from different companies and this was by far my best experience with the healthiest plants. The soil was the perfect moisture not completely soaked like other companies. They have the best selection of house plants at the best prices. Can't wait to order more.

Brilliant customer service and easily the best selection of houseplants in the UK

I'd seen HH advertised on IG a number of times and was interested in their plant rescue box. It's an affordable way to get some plants that otherwise would be out of price range.

The box arrived fast and the plants well packaged in eco friendly paper. There was no labels or instruction on which plants were sent so I had to rely on the Internet to know what was what, so that would be my only gripe. I received 3 plants and all 3 had some damage, but we're still very healthy plants.

I received a Pink Dragon ALOCASIA (elephant ear) and a Strelitzia Nicolai (wild banana/bird of paradise) - both had signs of sun scorch.

Plus a succulent of some description, which I'm still not 100% certain but I think is a Red Orchid Disocactus. It was in a state when I received it and part had broken off in transit. But that's to be expected as they are rescues. The leaves were all bent inwards and I wasn't sure if it would recover.

I left them all to recover in the kitchen, out of the box to get over the shock and though I felt at least one would benefit from repotting as roots were peeking through the bortom, decided to follow the advice of HH and tend to all in existing nursery pots for some time. The two tropical plants bounced back well and really benefitted from a nice drink and a spray of the dew mist (I'd also bought from HH) . Both are developing new leaves and looking very healthy now.

The cactus took longer to recover and due to how it's leaves grow, was rather tangled to start. It had been cut down at some point to short leaves poking out of the soil and the regrowth was off of the edge of these cut leaves. It likely was not in a well lit place prior to being sent. Eventually, with some positioning in a spot that it could get some direct sun and a well drained drink, it's looking happier, has spread out, straightened it's leaves and has grown.

I was initially worried that perhaps a rescue box wasn't for me, as I couldn't identify all the plants easily, but after some research and gaining confidence I'm really happy with my rescue plants. They would have cost a lot more singularly than I paid for the box of 3, for undamaged shop ready plants.

I highly recommend HH as they kept me informed every step of the way for delivery and the plants I received were good strong plants that recovered well with some TLC.

I have just received my first order. This is the best stock and the most sympathetically-green and professionally packed that I have received. I stumbled upon HH when seaching for a Rhipsalis Ramulosus. Not only did they have one, it was on sale (whoop) and so well packed that it has arrived without breakage. Pretty darn impressive. I can't wait for pay day when I shall order more. Check them out - you'll love them

I ordered a silver band maranta and a plant rescue box and I’m super happy with them!

The maranta was nicely packaged and has arrived healthy, albeit in a bit of shock from being in a box then a new environment, but healthy roots and leaves and really beautiful plant.

Now the rescue box. I was obviously nervous as you don’t know the condition they will arrive in, but I got 4 (!!!!) great plants, one of which is in perfect condition, so must have just been leftover rather than “damaged”. I also got a wishlist plant which 2 cuttings are perfect, 1 was dead but this is expected and doesn’t impact the health of the other two cuttings.
The cactus I got needs some TLC, but is still healthy and green and definitely with a bit of care will thrive!
Lastly I got an amazing type of philodendron, which looks pretty healthy, just need a bit of extra care and was worth more itself than what I paid for the whole box!

Really pleased with the whole shopping experience, I’ve never ordered plants online and will definitely come back. Also a plus that the packaging is all eco-friendly, including the tape.
I’ve had contact with Emily twice who is lovely, definitely recommend reaching out to them with any questions.
And definitely recommend the rescue box-give a good home to some plants that need it!!!

The plant arrived earlier then expected. The packing was really good & plant arrived in good condition. Really cannot find any reason not to give 5 stars.

Finally received my parcel after a fortnight. Obviously those plants are dead now with black leaves and stem.
With those plants , I have also received a car headlight. Hurray!
Clearly, it's my fault that company couldn't find my address and I didn't communicate with them about that.Obviously , company and the owner has no responsibility to call or contact or drop a mail to customer asking them more details of address.
Took me 30 minutes to get to speak to someone to collect the headlight.
It's things like this which ruins your day!.

It's pure laziness on part of company Ans owner to unable to locate address even if it's new build. I have had nearly 15 deliveries from different companies and they all manage to locate the house , if not they gave me a ring!

Plus, if you call them to make a complaint, you can't it's the sender only who can make a claim. But clearly, in eyes of happy house plants, it's me who is the culprit.

Wouldn't recommend the company to anyone. Terrible delivery is one thing, rudeness is other thing,but neither do those plants look like anything like pictures.

Great customer service. Plants were packed extremely well and are absolutely beautiful. I'm very pleased and this will be my first order of many.
