First time ordering plants online, I was so excited but when they arrived I was a little disappointed. 3 of 4 needed repotting, and 2 had a few bugs. And 2 of the plants look a little worse for wear. Not too bad, but also not good. Wouldnt have bought them in person looking like that.
Unfortunately will not be ordering again.

Quick delivery with tracking and the plants were packaged well! I ordered 3 plants - 2 of which were quite badly damaged and unhealthy looking with torn and yellowing leaves. I was really looking forward to finally owning a pink Philodendron and have managed to nurse it but it is still looking rather sad. I was so excited to order from happy house plants but now as I saw that they are RHS approved so you would assume these plants would arrive healthy but I’m disappointed, the price did not reflect the quality of plants I received.

This is the best place for price and for the excellent plants you get, I ordered a string of hearts and a rabbits foot prayer plant and both were in super condition on arrival, very well packaged even if the outside box had some damage from the couriers ( they are never careful) but did not effect the plants due to how well they were protected. I've had them a couple of weeks now and they both are settling in lovely 😊 can't wait to add to my collection ( I'm a beginner) so will definitely be getting them from Happy houseplants because that is what they are and I'm a happy plant mum 😊👍🏻

Quick delivery and good price. I bought a Philodendron Melanochrysum and Mican. Much bigger than I was expecting, which was fab. The Melano looks like it's had Thrip but had been treated. I always isolate new plants anyway, so will keep an eye on them. I can't wait til they join my collection.

Genuinely great company for plants. I don't have much in the way of selection of shops that sell houseplants near where I live, so I decided to go online & this company popped up. I adored the selection to choose from & I ended up buying five. They were shipped on the 17th & arrived on the 18th.
They were packaged carefully, and seem to be adjusting to their new home really well. I had a couple of questions in regard to my plants & they kindly answered my questions to my email (I got a refund for one of my plants too because the nanouk had a little hitchhiker on it. I really wasn't expecting a refund but I super appreciated that they did that).
Definitely a shop I'll come back to because of how great the plants are & the price is very affordable too.

What a lovely company to deal with! I ordered my living plant, with container - it arrived swiftly, with very thoughtful packaging and in perfect condition. I also purchased another product accidentally (not plant related) and got in touch with the team. Nothing was too much trouble and I received an immediate refund. I remain delighted with my plant which continues to thrive and I am about to purchase another one. Highly recommend Happy Houseplants for excellent quality & excellent customer service.

I have just received the plants I ordered I often order my houseplants from happy house plants as I am ensured an extremely high level of quality. You did not disappoint once again . I have received the most exquisite plants. I also ordered , for the first time, the plant rescuer box and I have to just say I am blown away . This box has far exceeded my expectations!!! What a fantastic company! When I accidentally had my order being shipped to my own address instead of my friend's they answered the phone on the second ring and immediately fixed it. Then when i thought the decorative pot had been missed from the order, they had a fresh one en route before I could message back to let them know my friend had retrieved her packaging and found the original pot hidden away at the bottom of the box. Wonderful, friendly customer service and lovely products to boot! Thank you!

Received one today from Happy houseplants £15 plus P&P.
Arrived promptly and well packaged.
I was overwhelmed with the contents. Received 5 beautiful plants including an alocasia, a jasmine, ivy, a succulent and I think a pepperomia.
Although very dry they were all well established and good sizes.
Great value for money - 100% recommend- great to rescue plants - certainly would order again.

Very impressed with my first plant from Happy Houseplants . Its a praiso verde . Its arrived earlier than I was anticipating . So I was excited to receive such a beautiful plant . Well wrapped in a sturdy delivery box . Healthy even after transit . One leaf got caught in the paper , obviously when it was wrapped but apart from that it's Beautiful and settling in with my collection already .. I have used other company's but I'm very happy to order again from the team at Happy houseplants. Well done for creating Frozen freckles !. Looks a stunner! Thankyou Vicki..

Beautiful plants that by following the clear care instructions provided I’ve managed to more than keep alive (previously always killed off my indoor plants from elsewhere). The first two, and now newer additions from Happy Houseplants are all flourishing - Oxalis particularly stunning.

So pleased with them and the service I received - not to mention the gorgeous pots that complete the overall look.

I received my delivery in late January, and I'd ordered 5 houseplants. I have never tried this website before but thought I'd give it a go after finding them on Instagram ads. I've got hundreds of house plants, in almost every room in my house. I am well aware of how to care for plants of every variety. When the plants were delivered they appeared to be fine, if not a bit water logged. The leaves on 3 were unbelievably shiny - making me wonder if they were coated in some wax to make them appear "healthy". At the start of March (31 days after purchase) 3 of the plants were showing signs of distress. I followed my usual care and followed the advice on the happy house plant Web page. Bare in mind, none of my other houseplants were showing any of the same symptoms. A few weeks later, the 3 of them died. There was no bringing them back. I emailed the correct address to ask for advice as surely plants that start to die within A MONTH should be refunded. The Web says they'd reply to emails within 48 hours, however a week with no reply, I had to message them on Instagram (which they've blocked me from 😂) to get a reply - a full 9 days after my email. Apparently my email went to spam, which after reading other reviews is an EXCUSE they use to ignore us...Someone called Mark replied that too much time had passed and returns are only allowed within 14 days, which is absolutely bonkers! I then asked where I could leave a review and they have ghosted me! But guaranteed "if I'd phoned them they would have helped" I followed all guidance on their website and tried to call 4 different occasions and didn't get through. Overall; poor quality plants and awful customer service. Avoid, plant pals.

Edit to add - yes they offered a discount code but who in the right mind would re-order? No thanks!

I am really happy with my purple Tradescantia Pallida plant. I did have an issue with DPD but Emily from Happy House Plants resolved it imminently . I would definitely order from them again .

I stumbled across the website on my quest to replenish my houseplants. I moved house and lost quite a few unfortunately. I am a little obsessive and when you see so many to choose from … well.

Looking through my basket soon became full, so many varieties and beautiful photos.

The box turned up without a dent in site, quite an accomplishment, every single plant was beautifully wrapped, just the right level of damp, recyclable packaging a bonus.

Lovely card inside and I am so happy. It’s a couple of weeks later, there’s a couple of notorious they hate me plants in there, I have new shoots!! So much so payday has rolled round finally for January and I have just placed my second order.

Cannot recommend enough and will definitely be my new go for satisfying my must fill my house with plants again obsession.

Customer service is excellent, I sent an email and received a very prompt reply. My plants were delivered when promised. I am very pleased with the high quality of the plants, pretty much as seen on the website and arrived in pristine condition. I thoroughly recommend this company.
