Easy booking system. Our guide Sonja was excellent. Very informative and lots of little bits of interesting anecdotes and legends of the places as we were passing in the bus. I highly recommend this day trip to Montenegro. Good value for money

We booked a boat trip to the Eliphite islands with this company, we didn't get a confirmation email but of course,our card was debited
We went to the pick-up stop and waited for a while but no one came
We tried to call them and email them but we got no answer
With many bad reviews,its time for this company to question themselves
This company is a shame, avoid them at all cost, we lost 140 euros

The transfer was by high quality, cozy bus. The driver (Mateo) was really experienced, high skilled driver. There was not any delay. the Biokovo and the travel to there was really nice, abosultely recommended to visit there (with happytovisit also).
Only 1 thing: we got the invoice in euro, so we prepared the price in euro (and kuna - for the ticket to the Biokovo), but Mateo asked it in Kuna. I was lucky he could give me back from 100 Euro.
In spite of this little issue, it was worth every euro cent. Thank You.

I Think this Company has Big troubles. They are difficult to make contact with. The dont reply.

I booked 5 transfers with happy to visit, Split Airport-Split, Split-Sibenik, Šibenik-Trogir and Trogir-Split Airport. Our driver was very friendly and always on time. The car was very clean and comfortable. I will recommend them 100%. Just Make sure you get a confirmation number for your booking. Sometimes the booking doesn't go through and you have to email them if you don't get a confirmation within a few days but they answer to emails right away.

Very good experience. What you'll probably appreciate the most and the first sight are the reasonable prices (that was my case!). The tour descriptions totally correspond with reality (I took 2 tours via HAPPYtoVISIT). There is also some flexibility on the pick up points and I was lucky to go from the place we stayed, even though it was not listed as a pick up point.
Good to know: After I booked my trips, I had to wait a couple of days for final confirmation (coordinating with the tours' facilitator). Until confirmed, the credit card payment is only reserved, not processed. That's great. Free cancellation 48 hours before the tour is a great bonus :) I didn't use it though.
I also contacted the customer service by email before the purchase and they got back to me within a couple of days - I expected it would be sooner but I imagine it's the same case as with the confirmation - they need to check with the facilitator. So, if you have a question and cannot wait that long, use a different means of contact (phone or live chat).
After booking confirmation, they sent me a good summary file with tour details and two days before each tour they sent me a reminder - appreciated!

Very good review of different tours, well presented to make a plan. Immediate reply, immediate alternative day proposal once the first trip was full already. Felt very comfortable with the booking process, secure, very close.

Extremely extremely expensive and they cheat. For example they put in the description of a journey that you will visit some part of a country and we just passed by it. Terrible. Cheaters.

happy to visit is a really good agency with which we have perfect cooperation. we had an excursion to the Island Brac with the Voga boat with which we were also delighted. they are up-to-date and always ready to meet the client.

This national park is simply stunning the walk and the waterfalls are breathtaking. Plenty of eating options too. the tour was organised well and I thoroughly recommend HAPPYtoVISIT tourist company.

Great website, communication with them is swift and helpful. The information and instructions they provided after the booking process, like finding the meeting place and what to bring was very useful.

Booked a boat trip from Trogir(Croatia)
10 hours in advance.
No confirmation email ever arrived.
1 hour before our trip started I curiously called them about a trip that been a pending transaction since the booking was made.
We were told the trip been cancelled.
No one ever even tried to get in contact with us about the cancellation.
Very unprofessional service.
