I booked online , in the morning . We went at 13:45. I got a mail, and een app and a call. Perfect, so i had a number to ASK, a question . The location was send in what’s app. But I couldn’t open it in maps. But in the mail it did work oke.

The booking process was easy and the cash paying option was perfect for us. The only problem was that on the voucher wasn't mentioned the meeting point. It was written a pier in the borik marina but actually the group was meeting in a bar in front of the marina. We had to call several times the happy to visit assistance to be able to find the group. That was pretty stressful...

You can save the money for your trips. I have experience and work it. Reccomend!

Everything was profesional and great. We were more than satisfied whit HappytoVisit. I recomend this experience to all of the tourist.

My only concern was that I paid by credit card on line but did not receive any confirmation or tickets. I was able to check my credit card app and could see payment had been taken. I had to live chat on line to confirm pat and the handler did a manual booking saying email would be sent to confirm. I still had not received this the following day and had to email. Eventually I had this with an apology for the lateness so it was resolved but did make me anxious for a while .

The booking process was very straightforward and easy. We were picked up from our apartment at exactly the right time by Luka our driver. The Van was very new, comfortable and in immaculate condition. We didn't do a schedule tour which worked out very well for us and tailor made it as we went along with help form Luka. We wanted a simple day trip to Dubrovnik from Tucepi where we were staying. The weather was very hot, so we had decided to do our own thing rather than a walking tour, possibly under a little pressure !!

We knew it would take three hours each way - it included a half hour 'comfort stop' both ways, and this trip gave us four hours in Dubrovnik. Quite long enough in the heat !!

Our lovely driver collected us on time, was an absolute delight in terms of his courtesy and his driving, on these multi-hairpin bends coastal roads.

Thanks to cruise ships, it took us half an hour to go down the hill to the central drop-off point, and he was patience personified, despite it being incredibly frustrating for him !

Although the traffic and number of coaches was incredible, he collected us absolutely on time, and the return journey in an extremely comfortable, air-conditioned and very roadworthy coach, was just lovely ! We were cool and safe, and the scenery was outstanding !

Good value for money and very reliable. Our driver Luka was a lovely man - we enjoyed chatting to him. He made sure the temperature was comfortable for us and there was wifi available in the car. Luka arrived early but was happy to wait until we were ready to leave and the journey was very smooth. Would definitely recommend.
