Wonderfully packaged from a very sweet team, they sent candies and a handwritten note with my order ! I can recommend, arrived quite quick from japan to denmark and everything was as it should (they even included a note detaling/translating the change in packaging on a specific product, whoch is nice when you cant read japanese)

It safely arrived in 2 weeks, They were helpful through e-mail, also i got plenty extra testers and candy and a handwritten letter which was a very kind gesture. It really does make a difference if you treat your customers like this. I definitely recommend to everyone and i certainly order in the future more products.
I live in Norway, and I ordered two packages of magnetic band-aids from Junichi. Upon first shipment, I never received the pick-up notification. However, I contacted Junichi as the items had been returned to Japan. He then went out of his way to try and find out why and how this happened, then re-sent my items free of charge. I received them yesterday, thankfully. The items were beautifully wrapped, and there was a nice personalised and hand-written message for me along with a small gift and a picture of his lovely family. I will definitely order from Junichi again!
