This is a wonderful product. It exceeded my expectations for quality and was easy to erect save that two boxes were inside two of the legs, so there should be a warning about that! Love the metal roofing. Very effective and easy to use manually.

Absolutely delighted with our 2.4m x 3m pergola from Harbour Lifestyle. The quality is fantastic and it feels very sturdy and well made. It looks beautiful in the garden and has completely transformed our outdoor space, giving us a lovely area to relax and enjoy, whatever the weather.

The pergola looks even better in person and we’re really pleased with how it has turned out. Excellent quality and great value for money. Would definitely recommend Harbour Lifestyle to anyone looking for a stylish and well-made pergola.

After having a disaster of a delivery of a set of garden furniture earlier in the summer, working with Harbour Lifestyle was like a breath of fresh air. Everything arrived on time, the delivery team was flexible and really helpful on arrival. The set looks beautiful and seems to be good quality. I couldn’t be happier.

Lovely pergola and excellent customer service from Lorik

We’re really pleased with our pergola. The quality is great, it looks lovely in the garden, and everyone who’s seen it has commented on how good it looks.

We did have a few issues with our order, including some cosmetic damage and side curtains that went missing in transit. It was frustrating at the time, but Lorik was really helpful and made sure everything was put right.

He arranged a partial refund and matching paint for the scratches, then organised replacement curtains. Harbour Lifestyle also provided some lovely table lights as a goodwill gesture, which was much appreciated.

What really stood out was the personal care. Lorik called me to check everything was alright and, when I mentioned being nervous about fitting the side curtains, offered to arrange a call from the installation team to talk me through putting them up. It was reassuring to know that help was available.

Despite the initial issues, we’re very happy with the pergola and how everything was resolved. Thank you, Lorik, for your patience, friendly approach and all your help. A real credit to Harbour Lifestyle.

We had our pergola installed.
Used all summer, bought the additional sides for wind but this summer really helped with the sun. The installation team were fantastic turned up when said.

Pergola delivered with in a timely manner, installed by their people and all within a couple of hours. The pergola looks good and everything works fine. Small fault with a crease on 1 of the screens but quickly replaced with no fuss about it.

The customer service I received from Megan was exceptional - she looked after my issue in a timely manner, kept me updated throughout the journey and was always willing to go that extra mile - she is a credit to the company.

We have now bought several furniture from Habour Lifestyle and we could not fault the team. We visited the showroom first last year and were really impressed with the quality of furniture and friendliness, service orientation of staff. Since then we have ordered furniture/ pergolas on 3 separate occasions and the experience from delivery time, delivery and and quality has been top notch. Recently, I had a problem with one of my seating cushions which was not HL's fault but they did help me deal with the issue and replaced the cushion without any qualms and concerns. Thank you Chloe for all your help!
The products may be more on the pricey side, but you are paying for premium quality and that really shows. Would recommend them without qualms!
