I've had an excellent experience, from the initial video consultation (as I could not go out in person to the showroom). It was all clear and seamless. My selected items was installed to spec. Even months later, when I misplaced the remote controls for my item, they were quick to sort this out quickly. All in, no complaints whatsoever

Customer service from Harbourlifestyle was first rate from start to finish. We utilised the 'hold order' feature to fit our delivery around a holiday. Staff were easy to contact, communications great throughout and they did a fantastic job of arranging the delivery at a suitable time for us. Delivery team were very pleasant and helpful in getting the heavy delivery where we needed it. Really pleased with our new dining set, it is as advertised, looks great and came at a good price. I would positively recommend Harbourlifestyle.

The product is reslly good quality .the delivery people were very helpful .

We took awhile choosing our sunshade as we have quite an exposed back verandah and needed something sturdy. We really like the wooden slats and wooden stand, it makes it very attractive and weirdly the shade of blue is an exact match to our garden furniture. It was delivered within a week.

What a wonderful company to deal with. Had a little problem with my cantilever parasol, the lights weren’t working. I rang them on the Monday and by the Friday the problem had been solved and sorted out. Exceptional service, thank you.

Purchased a Kermado BBQ earlier in the year. Recently purchased a heat deflector plate to enable cooking of larger pieces of meat. This is excellent. The product is fantastic value for money and well made. Very well packaged on arrival. Well done. Would thoroughly recommend this company.

This company is next level brilliant.
We had a problem with the delivery drivers not assembling our furniture.
However Lowick came to the rescue, he thoroughly understood my distress with great empathy and within an hour he had organised his in house team to kindly come from nearly 2 hours on a Friday evening to assemble it. We were having a party the following day hence the panic. Nothing was too much trouble. Dan & Henson were exemplary. They were extremely efficient and polite , assembling the furniture quickly and taking all the packages away. I cannot speak highly enough of Harbour Lifestyle from the moment you enter the showroom until you sit on and enjoy their incredible furniture. Which by the way is great quality and gorgeous.

It was easy to order the required item and delivery was great. We were kept informed of delivery progress and received the goods on the given date. Great service!
