This is my second purchase from Harbour…
This is my second purchase from Harbour and like the first the quality is excellent, there was a small scratch on the middle leg of the sofa which the delivery team photographed and sent and within 2 hours I was contacted with a resolution.
The delivery team were also very helpful.
Would not hesitate to purchase again from this company.

Excellent customer service support
Ordered a chest of drawers which was lovely unfortunately one of the drawers did not close properly , contacted customer services who were excellent and very responsive and ordered uplift and replacement straight away, very reassuring through out and very prompt to resolve. Furniture of excellent quality too.

Fantastic service and a great product

Delivery initially much longer than stated on the website due to an issue on the website stating stock. Delivery preferences were not conveyed to the delivery team and minimal flexibility on dates from the delivery team.
Initial order arrived damaged and replacement took over a month to arrive. During this time the website advertised guaranteed delivery within 7 days for the same product.
Customer service have been lovely, but were unable to speed up the replacement process due to shipping.

Brilliant company and excellent…
Brilliant company and excellent customer care. Ordered a Burford Larder Unit, which unfortunately arrived damaged.
Contacted customer services by email and Lorik called me with 24 hours. He talked me through the exchange process and organised for a replacement unit to be sent out and for the damaged one to be collected. Lorik told us to use the damaged one whilst we waited for the replacement to be delivered.
Lorik kept us informed by either phone calls or emails as to where we were with the exchange process.
On the day of exchange the guys from ADA &G were great, they helped unpack the new unit and made sure all was okay, before packing and removing the damaged unit.
We are very happy with our new larder unit and look forward to using it for many years to come.
Thank you again Lorik for your excellent customer care.

Absolutely Delighted
After researching and viewing Pergolas earlier on in the year we finally found the Newmarket showroom, booked an appointment and met Callum and our new Pergola Lite!..Lovely Showroom, Callum is the most attentive professional Sales person..We were amazed at the quality of the Pergola and ordered immediately..It arrived on the date we requested..very professional delivery guys too,and our builder erected it a week later..We are so pleased..we had concerns as we have a3 storey Townhouse with a very small garden and were worried it would be overbearing..It looks fabulous,changed the whole look of the house and garden and we now have an extra room...Thankyou Harbour couldn't be happier.
