Sent the wrong part number, but was helpful in the end
Sent the wrong part number: the part I requested did not match the part specified on the invoice, in the last two characters. I spoke to Wayne on the phone and he said that the part is compatible. I explained my use case to Wayne that requires a specific die revision. Wayne offered to find me the exact part in their inventory.

Had the critical part we needed
We ordered a critical part for a server that was hard to find due to age. There was a failure on the first refurbished item, but they rushed out a replacement right away, and we are now in a stable state. Zoey was a great help, coordinating the immediate replacement and delivery.

I bought a refurbished optical drive. It arrived today, eight days after order placed, so a little slow. Item was a little pricey, but worth it if it works and lasts. Too soon to say on that score. Staff seemed professional.

I was able to order specific revision codes of parts I needed instead of just what they had. All the parts were exactly what was ordered. The cable sets were shipped a bit later but looked new and were exactly what was required.
