helpful despite having to return
I had the wrong info from my computer company about the item purchased. The item was not compatible with my system and needed to be returned. I did have to pay a bit of a restocking charge but since this was neither their fault nor mine, they worked with me to make it an acceptable and not punishing me for it.

I purchased a pre-used motherboard from Hard Disk Direct and upon receiving it, I noticed a defect on the board upon opening the box. I contacted support and Wayne Richardson sent me another board right away.
I recommend this site for your computer needs. I also got a reduced price when I first ordered the board. They were very helpful.

Purchased a “refurbished” item from the company. They first offered to upsell me to a “new” item from their “overseas warehouse” I opted for the “refurbished” item. When it arrived they had not even taken the time to clean the bird poo off the item (an outdoor item) nor enclosed a power injector (claiming that even the new item does not include one…horse poo). Additionally there was no padding in the box, so the item was just rattling around in the box during transit.

Great support to ensure I was picking the right product online. Wasn’t expecting that. I was pretty sure I was ordering the right product but it was cool ensuring I got it right and that they indeed had it in stock in real time. Works fine. Computer too old for card
The one thing we did not talk about was the age of my computer. Apparently my computer was manufactured before some date around 2016 such that this video card will not work in my computer although later versions of same HP computer will work with the card.

Actually, FedEx failed to deliver in timely manner. It took (2) deliveries for them to decide I had not moved.
My initial experience with the purchase was great. The service and continued follow-up that I received from Justin Brown was exemplary. He kept in contact with me and I believe he made the difference handling the snafu until the product was finally delivered.
He made me feel like he cared about your success and my satisfaction. It is nice to find someone on the phone that doesn't create more distance.
Out of respect for your guideline, I will say I don't know Justin, except for this sale. He represents your company well.

After many other contacts we tried, they made it happen to us finding the appropriate drive for the appropriate system in an Enterprise environment. Not even extended warranty support were able to find the drive we needed. Great communication too with Eddie and James.
