I ordered pair of boots and paid with Sepa transfer, I didn’t get any confirmation and my money is taken. I ordered again and paid with my other card and then I only got one email confirmation. I talked to service they don’t see any problem and don’t want to answer me anymore. Hardloop owes me 130€!
