Very poor - wrong items, bad customer service
Very poor. One wrong size boots sent to me, completely scrunched up faux leather jacket and very cheaply made trousers. I had to pay for the return (heavy due to the boots where the wrong size was sent by them) and even then they only agreed to refund the clothing itself, after a LOT of back and forth (ie they wanted first to get a manufacturer response (erm not my issue).
They could have put it right by exchanging the boots free of charge, paying my dry cleaners costs and they would have been better off, but instead chose the non-customer friendly version and giving me a full refund. Offered $10 gift voucher .....
Will not use again.

Cheap rubbish
Item was cheap and the wrong size and I had to send the item back at my cost as I could have taken it back in person but this was against thier policy they found many ways to be difficult and have only issued a partial refund they are slow to do anything I would advise not to use this company..I'm very disappointed

Save your money - avoid this company
Ordered a product in July which was of very poor quality (made in China) didn't fit well and was unusable. Followed H&H returns procedure to the letter. After 2 emails, they've not bothered to reply after a month. Their website is slick and in the photos, the products appear to be good, but the product I received was cheap tat and 'customer service' after that has been non-existent.

Bad quality straight outta China
I ordered a jacket. It was quite expensive compared to the quality - because the quality is low-low-low and not like in the pictures. A Wish meme.
The shipping was expensive and it took ages, for some time I thought I had been scammed. Not a scam, but I feel scammed. I do not recommend this to anybody.

Delivery is expensive and delivery times aren’t accurate.
Ordered boots on the 23/04/2024, said 7-14 days delivery time, didn’t say they were coming from China but whatever, it’s now been 14 days and they’ve only just been released from customs, evri still don’t have my parcel and they say they’re using 2 day delivery time, so can only assume they’re gonna be late which sucks because I needed them for a certain day and they aren’t gonna get here in time, which is the main reason I bought them. A bit ridiculous considering they charge a massive £17 for delivery. Will update when they arrive.
