Being from Miami I had the pleasure of playing at all the Hard Rock seminole casinos. I don't reside in Miami anymore so when I found hard rock bet casino needless to say I was so excited. Well that excitement is gone. I won't even go into how much I deposited, but the slots are awful. You lose hundreds of dollars and you can't even get half back because you can't get a bonus if your life depends on it. Example betting 1.50 a spin with 270.00 in slot and no bonus in game. It's frustrating and all the fun is taken out of playing. Hard rock bet I was able to go to your casinos in Miami and win jackpots, break even and yes I did lose sometimes, but aleast there was a chance to win. With your online casino you can't even do that. You guys need to do better than that.

I opened my account end of Feb hit level 7 which is the highest for reward levels couple of weeks later became vip with a host I have lost thousands of dollars daily.. I have reached out so many times to customer service to address this issue I’m not receiving rewards or any type of exclusive bonuses or any free play. All they say is we apologize thank you for being a loyal customer, and they will escalate my concern and complaints as somebody will reach out to me. Still haven’t heard nothing. I’ve also reached out to my VIP host. Now he tells me is my account is not eligible, which doesn’t make sense because obviously I’m a high level player to reach level seven and to get assigned a VIP host to not be eligible. This is false advertisement, and I can’t even imagine if I’m not eligible how much you have to lose to become eligible considering in a matter of a couple hours one night I lost 14 k if that says how big of a player I am .. at this point I’m done hard rock will not see another dollar from me but I did want to inform anyone else that is looking for any rewards or exclusive bonuses to try to catch some of your money back that you have lost not going happen.. save your money payouts is horrible bonus is so little in between and even though they offer weekly rewards exclusive bonuses and free play it’s all a lie

Hard Rock Bet is about the biggest pyramid scheme ever met. They let people make accounts to upload money and if you win, they lock your account with no timeframe of when the review would be finished. It’s been about 12 days for me. I sent in all documentation that was asked and not anything was done towards unlocking my account I have about $2000 worth of funds that are locked there even though I sent my identification I sent a picture of my bank card that matches my billing address and card on file I took a selfie with my ID next to my face so show that I’m the same person alone with bank statements and still no resolution has been provided. These people have robbed me for about $500 that I deposited online through my own hard-working funds and also kept about an extra $1500 in profit that I made.

So far this casino has been a great experience. I love the games I have not had a redemption yet but my family has and got their winnings and less than 5 minutes!

They readily take your deposits but when you try to make a withdrawal they suspend your account. I sent all of the required information 5 days ago and yet no progress. Read BBB complaints and you will see that 100’s of people have had this issue. I’ve used many online sites and have never had this issue.

It was a Nightmare I won Money on Hard Rock and never got it and 500 +never received it and then they went in my account and toke my own personal money the did give me back my personal from my account but Hard Rock never gave me my winnings so Dissatisfied So Disrespectful Just wrong be Careful

Absolute garbage.
I received an email claiming if i bet $1 I get a $15 bonus bet. This site literally does not have a promotions tab or area anywhere. The email says i must opt in to be rewarded the bonus bet but there is literally nowhere to opt in. Even clicking on the link in the email it just takes me to their site. I tried to contact support regarding this issue and every time I click on "message us" and/or "email us" absolutely nothing happens. This is the most garbage excuse of a sportsbook and this is the last place I would ever place a bet at. I would rather take my chances on an actual scam site. This should be illegal.
Update: i got ahold of support and have been transferred to 9 different agents within 1 hour. One agent told me to go ahead and place the bet and if i dont receive my bonus, they will manually credit it. After placing the bet and contacting support 7 times, I am now getting completely ignored by every single agent. I cant believe they have to stoop this low to get $10 out of me... And of course the minimum deposit is $10 so telling me i only have to be $1 is the giveaway. This is an absolute disgusting company and every single person that works here is nothing but a horrible person with no morals. please stay far away from ANYTHING hardrock related- They are scammers

After years of playing on the hard rock bet, I've experienced the worst customer service. After I was playing for a while the game wolf it up again glitched and my bet went from.20 to $60 yes you read that right. And before I could stop it, I lost the on the spin. Then I changed it back to.20 cents a bet and hit spin and again it tried to change my bet to $60 but because I didn't have enough money that time it didn't allow me to play thankfully. So I explained all this to customer service and provided them with everything they asked for. And then tell me that I should uninstall the game and reinstall it and then clean out my cache. But they are not doing anything to reimburse me or credit me a thing. So I'm done with hard Rock bet and from the looks of it a lot of other people are experiencing the same thing

My first time at the Casino- huge place and a maze to get around. I attended an event last night there and was a bit late arriving. I literally asked 5 different staff members how to get to the location of the event. I landed at the front desk area and met Ramone (can't miss him and his hair) he was cordial and offered and did escort me to the meeting area - I think I would have never found it otherwise. I commend Ramone, promised I would leave feedback and here I did! Thank you, Ramone, for going above and beyond unlike your 5 other colleagues who pointed and or told me go down this hall or that hall..

I had a 9 leg bet, payout was 230$ 2 legs were voided .... not even the harder of the legs and the other 7 won, I got 50$ .... +4616. Was absolutely absurd. If there were a box that allowed negative stars I would have selected that. By far the biggest joke in customer service I’ve ever experienced. I have spent so many hours trying to resolve why they randomly suspended my account then all of the back and forth getting absolutely no where. I’ve sent all verification multiple times . They don’t care and frankly I feel like I’m being played with intentionally . I have had it with the games this horrible 3rd party company hired by hard rock to handle the hard rock bet is by far the most incapable I’ve ever had to deal with . At least I see I’m not the only one with the same issues . I’m going to push this to the top enough is enough. I deposited money they lock my account over 60 days ago with my money held hostage .
