I have won i have lost.in boxing..but hardrock bet rulea on soccer is a scam a fraud.i bet Over. 2.5 meaning it will be 3 points no less .the game endes 3. 2..i was like got it ..i won.did not win.soccor reg.play is 90 min.after 90 minutes if its tied they do extra min..its not said that on hardrock bet..so i lost because the over 2.5 waa after 90 min.but the other apps still pay you as long its not penalties in wish i understand.so do to that im out

This has to be the worst app ever. I urge you not to put in any money. Odds are terrible, and stay far away from the slots. I have deposited almost every day for more than 2 months and not once have a gotten any thing. Biggest scam ever!!!

Customer support doesn’t even try to help, just uses AI prompts waits for a 2 minutes and disconnects. No rewards for loyal customers. Odds are worse than any other sportsbook. Can’t wait for a competitor in Florida. If you forget your password, you can never wager again. Bets are vague and misleading and they won’t cancel anything for you. They also take your money in matchups where players get hurt or rain delays happen. The worst customer service team and least friendly casino I have ever used. Zero stars.

Hard Rock and any other sports betting app are full of scams and im tired of it...All bets should be available at any time and not locked off, locking bets gives a sign that they are cooking the books, pieces of shit companies smh!

The deposit and withdrawals part of it for me works really well, but I noticed that there are some features in the games that are rigged up and no matter how much you try you will not win the grand prize. The system won’t let you for example when playing the Oink,Oink,Oink game, when you finally pop the red pig to where you have to match three of the same prize amount such as Grand,major,minor and mini and I notice every time I’ll match two any amount such as Grand,major,minor but mini I won’t match right away, I’ll click on the boxes and the bigger amounts will usually reveal before I start clicking on boxes that reveal mini, I have a situation most of the time to where I’ll reveal two Grand boxes along side two minor or major boxes and as soon as two grand boxes are revealed then it’s almost all the unrevealed boxes themselves are programmed to all become mini boxes so no matter what you click on you’ll end up revealing a mini box and this has happened to me every time without fail, I had only one time and one time only that I revealed three minor boxes.

I won a 50 dollar casino bonus on one of my daily spins then the app glitched and kicked me out. I contacted them to let them know and because I didn’t take a screenshot they said that my spin landed on 2 free spins which was an absolute lie. I’ve been using hard rock bets for about 3 years. I play table tennis, I win a few thousand (around $12K) off one player in about an hour. They (hard rock) use to allow you to see up to 2 hours of matches coming up and after that win streak it was cut down to just an hour of viewable upcoming games, I found the player I had been winning with starting another match in the next 5 minutes, his odds were +500 (to not win) I tried to place a bet and hardrock bets displayed a message that I have placed the maximum wager allowed (1 penny) I was attempting to bet $500 dollars and it refused (me assuming I made a mistake) I cashed out a previous ticket from 30minuts before thinking I can only have a certain amount of wagers, upon cashing out my ticket with that player on it I attempted to place the $500 bet again and hard rock gave me same message (maximum allowable wager placed) I previously made my wife an account and logged into that and was able to place the wager on that player, made another few bucks and then it blocked my wife’s account entirely. Fact: If you are winning they will limit or block your account. They will make you unable to place a wager on a particular player if they don’t think they will win. It is 100% a scam and Florida and Desantis have an agreement hardrock will pay the state 25 million in the first 5 years of operation in the state. These Indians are something else.. stolen land give me a break. They are modern day thieves allowed to operate in this country and our elected officials are getting paid illegally for their operations

When you win, they usually try to take your money back. Your button will not stop when it’s supposed to and I’ve noticed on the ink game. Your balloon won’t pop no matter how much you put in it.

Terrible. Been with them more than a year. Learned what they do. Bet 200$ win 20$, bet another 200$, win 50$. You never always lose the games but they structure it to lose overall. Trust me

I read these reviews and so many are dead on. I blasted a bunch of money in here and climbed to tier 7 fast .. since then when I deposit I get rejected and have to wait 48hrs to reset for whatever reason... 2 months later the same trouble and has dropped me to tier 5. The bonuses on a $3-5 bet aren't the same payouts and don't get me started on my 15 free games on a $10 bet that granted me $17. It really has gotten horrible... Do yourselves a favor.. read these reviews .. delete the app .. if you feel like gambling drive to the casino itself . They suck you in, pet you & then chop your head off. Terrible. Customer service sucks everything sucks. You get flagged for verification most the time even when you have all the proof. AVOID THE HEADACHE this company isn’t worth it.
