Company is run by theives and scammers

Company is run by theives and scammers. 140gbp to park for a week whilst visiting my partner. She has to own my vehicle just to get residential parking despite the fact she has use of said vehicle. What sort of company goes out of their way to charge extortionate amounts just to be able to park a vehicle? Outside of the home you're staying in no less. We pay taxes on out vehicles, we pay insurance and yet we now have companies such as this charging absolutely ridiculous amounts just to park and to make matters worse they've made every single road within a 10 miles radius residential parking too so we literally have no option other than to pay their ridiculous charges. Handing out tickets this close to Christmas and during a financial crisis aswell. The company is run by absolute scum of the earth.

I would give zero point if there was an option.
A letter I received today 22/8/2022 by the haringey council about making aplication for goverment financial inclusion payments for 2022.
An email address given in this letter financial.inclusionATharingey.gov.uk is not recognised as a valid email address.
After a 65 minute delay, I was able to talk to a customer services representetive via the number given 02084895611 option 7. The phone was answered by a member of the repair team instead of general inquiries. This person told me that she does not know anything about this service and then hung up the phone. After a while she called me back saying that the line was cut off (?) and gave me a number of 02084547322 to contact. However the number she gave me was incorrect.
Haringey home app also does not include any information about this financial inclusion payments.
Can someone tell me what is the point that haringey council shares such information by letter if their customer service representetives have no idea, email address inactive or incorrect and their website does not contain required information about?
HARINGEY COUNCIL MUST IMPROVE THEIR SERVICES and perhapes change the managers urgently.

I try to find payment history no luck for me. Nightmare.

Do not turn the tables...

I am writing regarding what we experienced with my wife.

As she has already written below, we registered to our entry local register, reporting the correct flat 's number where we have been living since 2019.

After more than 1 year, the office sent us an email saying that we have been removed.

Without any specific reason and verifying anything with us, just because, someone else applied for the postal vote, in our block of flats.

They didn't have the system updated with all the flats'numbers, so everyone who applied for the postal vote, have been put at flat number 1. Like a big family.

So you don't update the system, don't ask us why you do not have our real flat's number and after more than 1 year, you remove us and after that, replying to our review, where we have specified that, apart from your quality of job, what upset us the most was your email, where you said that we had to register again, without saying sorry!
So do not you dare! Don't be like this!
We made our job.
You failed.
The only right thing was that we have received, after 3 bad reviews on every platforms, an apology email from you.
So don't try to turn the tables, saying that we made a mistake, reporting a wrong flat's number on our application.
Do not do that, please.
Now that everything has been sorted out , as it should be.

Well done!

On July 2019 my husband and I have properly registered to our entry electoral register. We have been informed that electoral office allowed our postal application. We have sent all filled forms, we have paid 3.40£ at the postal office, to make sure that the forms, with our personal details would have been arrived.
1 year and 3 months ago! In July 2019!
Could you imagine our utter amazement when, last Thursday, we have received an email from their office in which it was written that, we have been removed from our entry electoral register, at the address reported on the form by that time.
We have sent an email to ask them what happened.
On Monday 28th of September, they just sent a quick message to inform us that they have added to their system our current Flat number that it has been the same since July 2019, when we applied for the postal vote.
They have never checked our number flat! And when one of our neighbours, few days ago, has applied for the postal vote, they put her on the same Flat number, and they removed us, without calling us, or emailing us, to check if we were still living there.
It has been their fault. But they treated us without any consideration.. Just numbers not people.
Quick message, where they said that we could apply again! Again?!!! They couldn't sort it out?! Without any apology! Like if it was our mistake!
Why you didn't check twice.. Back in 2019 and now, the information we provided?
Why you do not think to say sorry for the inconvenience caused?
We cannot trust again on your offices if you work like this!
