I purchased a dress from Dorsey and Harland. I have been trying to return the dress for a refund since September. The dress is too big & nothing like it was pictured online. I have emailed many times trying to find out how to return the dress, without a response from them.
Do not order from this company!
They are not reputable!

I contacted the company by email, and they not responded by email offering me !!!! have been on the search for a contact phone number since they do not respond to emails.I was trying to return it back to the company I did research on the internet and I did find a number is I actually spoke to a very nice person who did help and processed a full refund !!!!!!!!!!!!Please DO NOT purchase from this company.

I should have done some research before buying from this company I purchased a dress and was sent a cheap material dress that were completely different. Honestly 100 percent garbage. I couldn’t be more disappointed.... ordered 5 shirts 3 months ago... got one last week and instead of a black cotton t short I got some kinda like under armor material.. then I found out they canceled the rest of my order and it took weeks for see my refund. Worst experience ever do not go there it’s a scam

Huge disappointment. A lack of communication after placing the order, delays in filling the order, and extremely disappointing quality of the product. Do not be fooled by the product images...the items that you receive will vaguely resemble what you thought you were ordering, but the images are severely misleading.

I purchased the items 11/11/2020. Two got to me late in December and I didn't receive the third item of clothing until 1/9/2021, almost two months later. COVID is no excuse! Every thing else I ordered from other companies got to me in a reasonable amount of time! This is just poor service and based upon other reviews I might as well kiss my money goodby!!

I’m super sorry that I didn’t read these reviews first. How can a company like this be allowed to continue to operate? The sweater I received was very small and I was denied a return because it was not within their 15 day return window. Most companies allow extra time during the Christmas holiday as gifts are purchased early and not opened until the 25th. Their customer service and quality are unacceptable. Please DO NOT purchase from this company. I will be filing a dispute with my credit card company which I urge everyone to do.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS CO. Placed an order the last week of November 2020. Here it is Jan 7 2021 and I still have not received. I wish I would have read reviews before my purchase. I would not have ordered if I did. Not expecting much when I receive. Social Media like Facebook, Instagram, Tic Tok should be held accountable for sham companies such as this and for letting them advertise, and not worry about censoring free speech like the President of the US. I finally revived my jacket last week Jan 20th 2021. 2 months after ordering.Well, not sure what to say. Definitely did not look like what was advertised on the Harlandco website. Not sure if anyone would even wear it for Halloween. Just terrible. Worse than expected!!! Terrible terrible co and products. Live and learn. All the major social media companies are still letting this company advertise on their websites. Just sad!! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY, IS ALL I CAN SAY!

I would give this company negative stars if I could. I ordered two sweaters on 12/15 and one arrived on January 4th and the second one still hasn't arrived. Both were Christmas presents for my husband.

So first thing you should know. This company is in CHINA. The second thing you should know is that if you order a men's sweater with a Union Jack flag print on it and they send you a women's sweater with a Native American print on it, their response (after you waited almost a month to get the sweater) is to tell you that you have to return the item to them, at your expense, and to China. The third thing you should know is that none of that return policy information is on their website. The fourth thing you should know is that they suck and just keep running customers around in circles all while refusing to admit they messed up or offering to make it right.

Disaster. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

Horrible junk. Please do NOT buy. I ordered 2 items and only received one of them and it looks like a 7 year old stitched this thing together. This is a total SCAM. DO NOT MAKE A MISTAKE OF ORDERING FROM these RIP OFF COMMUNISTS

Bought a hoody of absolute terrible quality. They shipped wrong color, hoody had no inner lining as advertised, pattern did not match up, zipper was of low quality. They gave me the run around and did not want to refund unless I ship it back to China at my cost. Be aware of this site, looks like a scam. Terrible customer service. Will never buy again from them.

I ordered two men's clothing items from Harlandco. They screwed up both items. The items arrived on different days which is ok but when I opened the first package it contained something completely different from what I had ordered. After an email exchange with their "customer service department" I realized they had no interest in resolving their mistake in a fair manner. For example I sent them a photo of the wrong item and asked them to compare it with the photo of the item on my order slip. Incredibly they lied to me and said the items were identical.

Then I received the second package. I had ordered a men's cardigan sweater size large. I received a women's sweater size large. The labels on it were from a women's designer, the buttons were on the wrong side (for a men's sweater) and it was so small I could not have properly buttoned it if I tried.

With their complete lack of customer service I have been forced to seek a remedy through the the payment processor (PayPal) to get my money back. Avoid this company like the plague.

The item pictured is nothing like what you receive. They don't want to take returns, and they don't want to give refunds. Total rip off.

Should have reviewed this company before ordering. When I received my XXL size men’s sweatshirt,it was a women’s xxl and very thin. Contact company per their instructions for return papers. They offered me $3 refund not to send it back. As postage to China would be 3/4 what I paid for item. No more purchases from companies who advertise on Facebook. This has happened to me before. I learned my lesson this time.

I wish I had see this before I ordered 2 dresses from this scammer. They took two a a half weeks to arrive and were of terrible quality. DO NOT purchase anything from this company. When I emailed them to return one of the dresses I was told I could only get a store credit and they were extremely rude to me!! Total rip off! They should be shut down.

DO NOT BUY !!!! The quality is terrible, total junk. The photos on their website are NOT what you receive. I compare the quality of these clothes to something made in home economics class in high school ! The worst part is what I received wasnt even the same as what the photos were showing. The zippers arent the same, the cuffs arent the same, the stitching isnt the same, the fabric isnt the same. This site is a joke and should be shut down. I received only 1 of the items that I ordered, the company will not respond back to my request for an explaination. I would give this company ZERO stars if that was possible.

This is a complete scam - they steal pictures of clothes from other legitimate websites to lure you in and then what they actually supply is a really cheap and poor quality version usually in a much smaller size than you ordered. Trying to do a return is a nightmare - my pullover was supplied in the UK to me in the UK and yet they expected me to send it back tracked and signed for to China. If I had done I would only have been a few £'s in pocket with a full refund (if I ever got one) having paid for an expensive postal return.
Interesting that the genuine article I thought I was buying was actually from a genuine clothing website in the US but made in China so I think someone in a Chinese clothing factory is stealing designs and churning out cheap fakes of them - utter fraud!!

Ordered the casual stand collar sweatshirt - product is cheap and only barely representative of the catalog item. Elbow pads are not on the elbow but on the side of the sleeve. Product has a cheap feel and is small (for a large). Tried contacting their Refund/Exchange webpage but you only get a continuous loop. Company should get "0" stars - total scam, cheap product.
