Amazing service from start to finish with Michael Vourvachis.
I had an appointment with Michael in a London Clinic to discuss my Capsular Contracture issue. Upon meeting Michael I felt very comfortable discussing my issue and was reassured this was something he could fix.
Throughout the process/ surgery and recovery Michael always kept me updated, even a few weeks after the surgery he checked-in with me.
I am extremely pleased with my results 😊
I would highly recommend Michael and would not hesitate to have further surgery (if needed) with him.
I would also like to note that Michael was available throughout my recovery, and was happy for me to contact him at any point if needed – this to me is amazing service.

Had my breast implants replaced with Michael Vourvachis just over two weeks ago now! I was originally booked in with another surgeon but he was unable to do the procedure. When I went for my consultation with Michael I was immediately happy and thought thank god the other surgeon couldn’t do it! Mr Vourvachis explained in detail the best size and shape to go with looking at my body frame..also showing me different implants to trial out in a bra. I had nothing like this with the other surgeon. I called the clinic two weeks later and asked to see Mr Vourvachis again as I was due to go into surgery the following week and wanted to make sure I’d made the right choice size etc! He was more than happy to go through in detail with me so that I was at ease and ready for the following week my operation day! Again on the day of the op he came into see me before I went down for surgery
Talking through exactly what we had discussed! He is VERY particular which is what I liked!

A week after my op he called me on my mobile to see how I was getting on! And advised me to get breast bands to help settle the implants in! And told me he was on the other end of the line if every I wanted to ask questions! This was my third boob job and I have NEVER experienced after care like this before! I am so happy with the out come of my look and size as Mr Vourvachis designed a new pocket for my new implants to go in as I wanted a different shape! I would advise anyone who is looking to have a breast augmentation done please use Michael Vourvachis he is amazing!

Very recently had my breast augmentation performed by michail vourvachis,
And I am over the moon with the results already! I had previously 2 consultations with other surgeons who I didn’t feel very comfortable with. As soon as I met with michail vourvachis I felt comfortable and at ease, he went through everything with me and explained in great depth everything about the procedure and what to expect. I can’t fault the after care either, he has been present at my follow up appointments and always on hand if I need to get in touch with him.

Surgeon michail vourvachis gave me breast argmentation, he is very professional and honest in his opinions and approach to his clients. He will not do the work if he thinks you will look silly or not suitable to your body.In my opinion this shows a quality surgeon who cares about his patients and his reputation, he also made me feel very comfortable and is there also as much as I needed for aftercare and support, I highly recommend michail vourvachis.

I had a treatment done called
Stem-cell enriched Microfat and Nanofat grafting with Harley Elite Group in London with the surgeon Mr Michael Vourvachis.
My face was very wrinkly and droopy. I chose this procedure because it is natural and Eco-friendly, using my own fat and stem cells to rejuvenate and volumise my face.
Immediately after the treatment, I saw a significant improvement and my face looked very lifted.
The surgeon was very polite and gave me a lot of information before and after the treatment.

So what can I say here, except that I am finally a fulfilled and happy girl who had a big fear of doing liposuction and bbl but when I arrived at the clinic and met the whole team. the fear just disappeared. I came as a model for hip dip fillers today and am very happy with my results - the contour of my hips is much improved and I no longer have the indentations. Lilyanna was very warm and welcoming and the dr who did the treatment was a practicing plastic surgeon, so I felt in very safe hands :) definitely recommend!

I had rhinoplasty nose surgery from the harley elite group. I am very happy how my nose has turned out. It's exactly what I wanted. My surgeon Dr Onur Gileard did an amazing job and the service from Lillian and the harley elite group was first class. I would recommend tye the harley elite group anytime.

I attended Harley Elite Academy yesterday for a much anticipated treatment of Threading with Dr Michael Vourvaches and Dr Lilyanna Marks. I have had threading treatment before with Dr Lilyanna but wanted to try a stronger treatment. I have to say though nervous Dr Michael was incredibly kind and accomodating making feel instantly relaxed and at ease. The treatment is relatively invasive but with a local anestetic and a calm approach and assured I was in capable hands it went very quickly! Though a little uncomfortable surprisingly it was pain free. I am thrilled with the end result, noticing a marked difference instantly. My jaw line has just got better and better, now much more defined. My cheeks are a little more lifted reducing nasal lines and gowls. There is very little down time and no bruising. I am so impressed with the result. I will definitely be returning for my neck area and a possibly top up in 18 months.
