I saw Dr. Lilyanna Marks for a non-surgical BBL, and she could not have made my experience better! From the consultation to the end - the process was so easy and comforting. Had a Derma graft and enriched nano fat transfer for full facial rejuvenation. Mr Michael VOURVACHIS from Harley Elite Group performed the most amazing transformation. His bedside manners and the ability to put his patient at ease has to be taught to all surgeons and cosmetic doctors. Throughout the procedure, he kept making sure I didn't endure much discomfort. The final result was me looking 20 years younger and this treatment over time will make my face even more rejuvenated. I sent photos to my cosmetic therapists and they are clamouring to get their clients signed up for this procedure.

I attended Harley elite academy yesterday for a Skin booster course and I couldn't recommend it more! Dr Lilyanna Marks was amazing, she went through everything in detail and made me very comfortable and confident when carrying out the treatment on the models. I definitely preferred that it was a 1-2-1 course as I got to ask all the questioned I needed and it just felt more relaxed. The main reason I choose this academy and course was because of the amazing reviews and also not a lot of academies offer a skin booster course where you're able to use all products rather than being qualified in just the one specific brand. I will definitely be going back to Lilyanna at Harley elite academy for further courses in the near future.

I’m currently in recovery from undergoing a rhinoplasty with Harley Elite group and I’m feeling amazing. Going through such a complex surgery can feel like a very scary experience but I felt very calm and well treated and like I was in safe hands. My recovery process has also been a lot better and speedier then I imagined. Feeling great so far !

I recently attended a training day in which Lilyana Marks was mentoring plastic surgeon Michael Vourachis in non surgical procedures. I honestly could not have been luckier than to one have a very knowledgeable surgeon that simply knows the skeletal and muscular structure of the face and of course nerve supply. Of course as a surgeon the idea of fillers may not be the first port of call but Lilyana knowledge was exceptional and she showed Michael so many skills during my treatment including how to add filler along the cheek line to lift my jaw and how to fully appreciate balancing both sides of my face and understanding how to add just enough to make a huge difference. Even her skills for Botox around the eyes was way advanced to the most known practitioners i have in the past gone to and now will never return too. Of course Michael is a surgeon but the advantage is his knowledge and skills with application put him way above many . I did nit have numbing cream as both practitioners skill meant everything was pain free. I’m going back to do PRP which i have wanted to do for so long but until now have not found anyone i trust - watch this space for my update. To confirm this review is a genuine experience and i feel its super important to tell others when you find something exceptional.

Lillyanna Harley Street Elite Group London. Very professional, but more important Lillyanna is prepared listen and understood my, initial fears. She is brilliant and her technique is quite unique. Pain relief no, hesitation She is very accommodating and made me feel very relaxed.
