The Harley Medical Group Reviews 

I’ve recently had breast augmentation with the Harley Medical group and I am not dissatisfied. I was very skeptical due to the reviews I’d read but my personal experience went very smoothly. I had my surgery with Dr George Samouris which so far my results have been amazing (I’m over 3 months post op). The Harley Medical kept all of my appointments safe and there was not a long wait time at all. I was guided through the process very well and was always given details of every appointment I’d have just to allow myself to recap anything I misunderstood.

I want to specifically mention Inga the patient advisor and Jazzmeen the clinical lead nurse. My first appointment was with Inga and she helped me reached an understanding of everything about breast augmentation and was so lovely - together we agreed on the best Surgeon for myself. She listened to me, didn’t rush me, and made me feel comfortable with no obligations. Jazzmeen has been the nurse I have been dealing with regarding the medical side, the pre-op and post-op appointments etc. She is honestly amazing and made me feel so comfortable with my concerns before and after surgery. I used the out of hours line after my surgery a couple of times (I was in a lot of pain and was worried at the time) and Jazzmeen was there to speak to even in the early AM throughout the night.

Overall my experience with the Harley medical group has been incredibly reassuring and smooth. I’m really glad I trusted this place with my gut instinct. (Even more glad I’ve now got boobies after waiting 21 years)

Where do I start, 13 years of a lumpy, bumpy nose bridge, hanging columella, bulbous tip, collapsing on one side. Now I cannot breathe through, have to sleep in other room to my husband due to my snoring, nosebleeds most days, anxiety meds from this process, emails sent to HMG with my dissatisfaction ignored through the years. I had my rhinoplasty in 2010 through HMG in London initially going to the Bristol office to have consultations.
Surgeon was completely disinterested.
On the day I was rushed into theatre, no bedside manner. When wheeled into my room there were screams most of the night from people in pain.
As my nose length and tip was causing me upset, I was told my tip would reduce in size automatically once swelling went down, so no need to get tip done, my tip is long and disproportionate to my calved out bridge now.
I am looking into getting nose corrected by have been quoted £10+ to revise, why should I have to do this!
Please respond as this is getting worse.

I have been thinking of a breast reduction for a few years now due to neck and shoulder pain for years. I am 51 now.

I had a abdominal plastie with the harley street medical group 5 years ago with mark solomos but he was no longer available.
I was very happy with the results.
I decided to go back to the same company who i felt i could trust to have a breast reduction.
I made a phone call,and left my number, and on the same day had my call returned.
A lady called Tamsyn Nunn called me and recommend a surgeon called George samoris , who by chance is friends with my previous surgeon.Tamsyn is Georges personal assistant.

I asked her lots of questions about the surgery over several days, and she always knew the answer, and always got back to me via her personal watsap number.Any time of the day 7 days a week.
She put me at ease about the whole process,and explained every thing ,including the 12 month interest free payment option and other payment options over 2 to 5 years.i choose a 12 month interest free option with a deposit.I was never pressured at all.

I soon made my first pre op appointment to meet the nurse, who took bloods, weight and Ecg and general questions about my health status. The staff were very polite and thougher.I was always seen on time.

Then i had my second appointment with meeting George, he was a very warm pleasant person ,who seemed very humble and kind and has had a lot of experience in breast reductions.

He was happy to answer all my questions and was also very honest about the results and reality of what the outcome would be. I did not feel rushed at all. He said the surgery would be between 2 and 3 hours ,and put my mind at rest when i told him my biggest fear was to feel my surgery or wake up during surgery.
He told me that this was called anestesia awarenss ,and again reassured me that this would never happen and i would meet my anaesthetist before my surgery with any more questions i might have.

Finally my day of surgery at Harley street again but a different clinic than previous appointments.
I arrived at 7am to a very beautiful London building,clean and very stylish. A lovely receptionist was there to explain everything. She gave me
a form to fill in, a pregnancy test,a covid test,and then was shown to my private room.
Where i was swiftly met by another nurse who asked a lot more questions about health and any allergies i may have.She was also lovely.

Then i met two more nurses who placed a canula in my hand,gave me a fresh gown and slippers to put on.
All the staff were fantastic and so friendly and professional. I then met my anaesthetist who was also lovely and reassured me i would not wake up and feel nothing during surgery.Then George came in to mark my breasts and have a chat.

I arrived at 7 am and by 9.30 am i was in theatre.
I woke up again at 12.30 after surgery in my room with another lovely nurse watching over me.
George came in shortly after when i was still drowsey and told me the surgery went very well.
I was given pain releif and had a bit of pain in the first two hours ,but after that I felt fine.
I was dischaged on the same day at 4pm.
Everything they said would happen, happend when they said .No waiting around, and no stress.A five star service from everyone there.

I had to stay in a near by hotel if i chose to avoid the over night cost.

I then was on only mild pain releif ibuprofen and cocodamol for 3 or 4 days.
I had to sleep with a compression bra on and sleep sitting up for the first three weeks which was easy as i bought a V pillow.
I then had a zoom appointment and one last visit with George.
I am now 7 weeks post surgery today and id like to say very happy with my results.George is a very neat surgeon and my scars even at this early stage look amazing ,under the breasts and around the nipple.
My one concern one week post op was my right nipple had lost pigmentation and had two ridges around it. George responded to my email on the same day and reassured me in time the tension on the deep stitching would ease ,and thats exactly what it did.He knows his stuff and was not worried at all by the photo i sent.
I would say at 4 weeks post op,is when i saw clearly how my breasts would look,and now 7 weeks on, the nipple is completly back out.
It is a worry when you first see your dressings come off,but i would advise any one who is worried like me,to give it at least 4 weeks for initial swelling and bruising to go down,and 6 weeks for myself before scars begin to go pink.All my stitches were disolvable ,so very neat and tidy.
I was a 38 F im now 38 C.Its amazing to wear small bras,and have my shirt buttons not pop open.And to see my waist again and have no neck and shoulder pain.
I would highly recommend George Samoris and Tamsyn his PA who was so patient and caring every step of the way. July 27th 2023

VASER LIPOSUCTION with Dr Fasano

Dr. Fasano exceeded all my expectations following my procedure. After a few years of contemplating undergoing liposuction, I am so glad I went ahead with it with Dr Fasano and his team. For the first time in my adult life, I feel so confident and happy with my body. I am deeply grateful and happy.

My nurse jazzmeen was amazing. Can not fault her and the professional manor in which she conducted my appointment.

Same can not be said about the two ladies at reception on this Saturday.
Upon completing my appointment I headed for ground floor and requested to use the bathroom, at which point both ladies sort of half answer to just go down the hall and resumed their chat. I didn’t end up finding the loos as the directions given took me to the basement.
I exited 2 mins later with neither staff member bothering to pause their chat to find out if I Had found the toilet or say good bye.

Shame, as really put a dampener on a the experience. Considering the fees to use the service aren’t cheap you expect basic decency.

Amazing results and service !!
From start to finish I have been blown away.
I was so lucky to have met with Tamsyn Nunn, She is absolutely amazing she’s so kind and leaves no stone unturned she goes above and beyond and I’m over the moon I put my trust with her in finding me the perfect surgeon for my breast augmentation/Uplift and she made the whole journey a breeze!
Dr George Samouris is a marvellous surgeon, He is straight to the point and very honest and what he says he can achieve and how…is exactly what he does !
And I can not fault the nurses who work within the company, I feel absolutely privileged to of been cared for by the Harley team

I have been trying to arrange surgery with one of the surgical advisors.
On two occasions already, she has been a no show for our calls.
This REALLY doesn't bode well... I was going to choose Harley Medical Group as my first choice for my Liposuction surgery however I am seeing bright red flags already.
For this reason, I won't be pursuing surgery with them.

I booked in an initial consultation with this clinic before I had read reviews. The clinic told me that they would charge me £25 to hold the appointment slot which would be refunded once I had the appointment, or if I cancelled with enough notice. On reading reviews on the clinic I was not comfortable going ahead with them so cancelled my initial consultation. The refund was not automatic - I had to ask for this. I waited a few days but didn’t get my money back so chased this. I was then told it could take up to 10 days for the refund to be back in my account. It has now been 11 days since then and nothing has been refunded to me. I have chased again by email (the third time I’ve had to ask for this money back) and had no reply at all. The money isn’t even that much; it’s the principle of this which reinforces my feeling that this is not a company I can trust with basic stuff let alone with my body. Seems like they only want you for your money and once they have it, they lose interest in you and will do anything to keep hold of your money despite promises of refunds. Do not use this clinic!!!

Dr Leonardo Fasano is a very professional and empathetic person! I had a 360 Vaser procedure done and he made sure all my expectations were realistic, he also cared about my medical history as well as my diet and fitness routine. I would high recommend him, I absolutely love my results, I'm now 8 months post and my skin is still tightening, waist is snatched and my diet and fitness is better than ever. Wishing any other future patients the best with their procedures

I recently had a rhinoplasty with The Harley Medical Group. I couldn't be happier with my results Dr George Samouris listened to exactly what I wanted to achieve and has given me my dream nose. My patient advisor Sophie Walsh was incredible, explaining the whole procedure to me and helping me secure a date that worked for me. The whole experience has been great start to finish. I couldn't recommend The Harley Medical Group enough.

Harley Medical Group is not trustworthy. It is run very badly and the service very poor. Please do not use this company.
After wrangling with their customer services for weeks I still cannot get my deposit of £500 back.
Do not use them and definitely do your research- from other reviews it is a common theme.

I reached out to Harley medical in regards to having Abdominoplasty to correct damage done after pregnancy and to help my body confidence. From meeting Layla the patient advisor I felt calm, comfortable, listened to and nothing was a silly question. Layla is very informative and quick to respond to emails if I had any further questions. Every single detail was explained to me, I was offered choice of surgeons on what I was looking for, I was offered where I wanted to have surgery so I could go away and further research. Layla was super friendly, reassuring and honest. From this I decided to choose Helena Antoniadou who has completely changed my life. From the moment I first met her she fully understood and appreciated why I wanted this surgery and was realistic with my expectations. I had further appointments with Helena to make sure everything was done ready for surgery and any questions I had were answered. I’m currently 10 days post op and from what I’ve seen I’m so so happy with my results I can’t wait to see myself fully healed! I have honestly had nothing but a positive experience so far. Nurse Adele has been brilliant checking in with me since surgery and following up appointments to ensure I’m healing well. I highly recommend the Nottingham branch.

I had to wait an hour past my appointment time and was with the surgeon less than 10 minutes. He was awful! I left my consultation in tears and cancelled my procedure. I'm still awaiting my refund but communication has stopped. There was a very weird vibe throughout the Harley Street clinic, it made me feel really uncomfortable.

I found a surgeon with great results Dr George Samouris & my patient advisor Katie was super helpful despite the last minute booking. I was given a cancellation date, meaning I could have my surgery sooner rather than waiting 6 months as the surgeon I chose was fully booked. Everyone I encountered was professional & caring throughout the entire process.

It was very important for me to find a surgeon that could give me natural aesthetically pleasing results on darker skin. It took years for me to see results on POC/ black patients with zero/minimal scaring & thankfully my surgeon did exactly what I was looking for. I’ve recommended him to many people who have admired his work & I’m very pleased.

What stood out the most was my post-surgery care with nurse Ioana. Nurse Ioana is extremely knowledgeable, passionate about healthcare, helpful, caring and professional. I would not have got such amazing breast reduction results without her support & advise. The aftercare is first class and I was treated with respect, care, kindness and compassion throughout. A massive thank you to lovely Ioana and the rest of the surgery team! I hope you get a huge bonus because it is well deserved. She genuinely cares about patients & this is much appreciated.

This outfit treated my girlfriend appallingly. She went for their help and they simply took her consultation fee and ignored her. No letter, no call just nothing because she is classed as too old and high risk we presume. Not much care or advice going on here so if I was you I would avoid and find an alternative to look after you!

Excellent experience at Maidenhead Harley medical group.. from the minute I walked through the door the staff were fantastic, Inga and Ioana were brilliant full of knowledge and always friendly and helpful.. my surgeon ( Chris Davis) was brilliant I was really worried at first but chris was very reassuring and always had a smile on he’s face.. I’m 4 weeks post op and couldn’t be happier with the results.

From the moment of enquiry through to consultation and booking my surgery with Mr Reza @HMG Katie made things so clear and simple.

Mr Reza was so calm, considerate and professional all throughout I never doubted choosing him as my surgeon for a second.

On the day of the operation the theatre team were so warm and welcoming I was entirely at ease going into theatre and well looked after post surgery.

I had not a single complaint at all at any point. In fact, I am now wondering why I waited so long to do it in the first place!

I had my vaser surgery with Dr Leonardo Fasano over 6 weeks ago & i can honestly say i am ecstatic with the results. The staff at Harley Medical Group in Edgbaston are so amazing & helpful. The clinic is in a great location & everyone i came into contact with was so professional. I have recommended them to everyone!
Dr Fasano has a great eye for detail & is so amazing at what he does! I would not hesitate to book more surgery with him should i need it.

From start to finish I was made to feel so welcome and at ease, it was like meeting with friends to discuss my surgery! Layla and Adele have been so supportive and have provided all the information needed and have been at the end of a phone whenever I needed some advice. All of my worries and concerns were listened to and I was always invited back to have a face to face chat, which made me feel ever so valued and like they truly cared. My surgeon was fantastic, he again made me feel really comfortable, and advised me on what would be best for me as an individual. I can’t thank the team enough for being so supportive and friendly! I am so happy with my results and am glad I chose Harley Medical Group.

Their administration/organisation is chaotic. I cancelled an appointment, yet continued to be badgered by phone calls about that appointment, including on the day itself. I repeated to a number of their employees over the course of a week that I had cancelled the appointment, but their internal communications appear to be weak or non-existent.
I'm glad I decided not to go ahead with surgery there - I think I dodged a scalpel!
