What can I say! Dr Leonardo Fasano did an amazing job. I had lipo 360 (vaser lipo) and I am snatched!!! I feel so amazing and I've been given that extra bit of confidence. Post surgery was somewhat uncomfortable but bearable. The paint came on day 3,4,5 but before and after that I was fine...ish lol. I was walking around after a week but I recommend taking 2 weeks of from work. Specially if you have a physically demanding job. Just spend some time resting and adjusting to your new body.
The hospital staff were also great, when ever I panicked about anything I would call up and someone would be there to answer any questions I had or they would arrange an appointment for me to see a nurse if I had to. My main issue was my incisions did not close quick enough due to minor infection. This infection cleared on its own and I did not need antibiotics. By week 3 I was out and about again living my daily life. Please note this is not the procedure you want if you arr trying to lose weight but something to contour your body. So if you generally are okay with what you look like and you just want a boost, then I'd say do it. I went from a size large 12 to an 8 at the waist/ hips/ flanks and back.

I can’t recommend Harley Medical Group enough. I’ve wanted breast enlargement surgery for a while and the result is exactly as I had hoped. I did lots of research before choosing where to go to have my surgery and I’m so glad I picked the HMG! My surgeon Dr George Samouris was caring, informative and nothing was too much trouble. I was very indecisive about what size implant to choose and not once did I feel pressured or rushed to make a decision about the surgery. The reason for the 4 stars is because my patient advisor (main point of contact) was not easily contactable and I felt a little abandoned after my surgery - I know now that this was due to her being poorly, but I would have expected for someone else to get in touch in her place, especially during the time after my surgery when I had so many questions and concerns about what was normal and what wasn’t. However, my patient advisor was amazing up until this point - you can really tell that they care and want what’s best for you! Thank you again Dr Samouris for making my dreams a reality!

I could not wait to write this review as when I was researching places to go, I could barely find anything! I am 2 days post op from tummy tuck and lipo and I could not be happier with 1) my results and 2) the service and experience I’ve had with Harley medical, the Pall Mall and my wonderful surgeon, Helena!
From the start, Harley have been incredible. Nothing is too much of an ask, everyone is so lovely and makes you feel so welcome. I was so so so nervous on the day and everyone from the receptionist to the aftercare team made me so relaxed. It was a whirlwind experience but I honestly couldn’t recommend Harley and the Pall Mall enough! If any has any questions, please ask me because I did extensive research about the operation and the company I used. I’ve still got a long way to go for my recovery but I’m so so excited to start living my life properly now!

Dr Fasano is an excellent surgeon, really knowledgable and takes absolute pride in his work. I felt reassured the entire time and really happy with my Vaser lipo results.

It’s really disappointing to have to give HMG such a low star review as I had such high expectations given their reputation. I booked in for a breast reduction in the Harley Street clinic after wanting this procedure done for many math years. The clinic recommended Dr George Samouri to carry out the surgery and whilst I knew little about him, I agreed.

To start, the initial consultations with Sophie were fab! She’s really enthusiastic, supportive and put my mind at ease. When I first met the surgeon however, I was really disappointed with the real lack of interest he showed. To me it seems I was just another number and he wanted me in and out as quickly as possible. There was no really conversation, or an attempt by him to understand my situation or what I wanted. It was a very quick initial consultation.

This is something that followed through to my surgery day and i am still quite upset by it now. My appointment time and date changed 3 times which again made me feel not valued. When I arrived at Harley Street on the day of my surgery I was quite anxious given I had just travelled 3 hours alone to get there as partners weren’t allowed and it was a big surgery I was having done. I was literally rushed in, asked to fill some forms in, take a covid test and provide a urine sample with no real welcome on arrival to ease my worry. I was then literally rushed upstairs to change into a gown whilst someone was knocking outside rushing me to hurry which made me really uncomfortable. Some other doctors came in to do some checks with no introduction as to who they were or what they would be doing. I was told my blood pressure was exceptionally high but they just brushed it off as again they seemed more concerned with timing than my welfare! I was then rushed down into theatre, and on the table within 10 mins again with no welcome, any form of bedside manner to put me at ease or relax me. I was terrified and still get anxiety from the whole situation now! Next thing I knew I was sedated and woke up in the recovery ward! The whole process made me feel like a piece of cattle and just a number they wanted in and out for money! It was awful!!! I was quite clearly scared from the moment of arrival but no one seemed bothered! It was such a bad experience I have anxiety now just thinking about it!!

The rooms themselves are so dated! Tv didn’t work, no hot water in the sink when I wanted to get ready in the morning. The food they give you is bland and tasteless I didn’t really eat my entire stay.

The nurses however, especially Maria and Priya were fabulous and looked after me so well! Can not praise them highly enough!!

The after care was also shocking and adds to my whole anxiety about the experience. I had ZERO follow up care from the clinic to date! I attended my appointment at the Birmingham branch 6 days after surgery and the nurse changed my plasters and cleaned the scars. She had to put another stitch in as the skin was gapping on one side and she told me she couldn’t book a follow up appointment but someone would call me to book this in and take all my pads off. 2 weeks later abd I’ve still not been contacted at all by anyone. I’m lucky my husband is a doctor who has taken care of me but otherwise I’d have been left all alone to deal with this!! Not once after surgery did anyone call me to see how I was which was massively disappointing to me!! I’m just really grateful I healed well with no issues as no one checked up on me and I have zero confidence in contacting them directly or dealing with HMG again and would never want to go back!! I’d rather have just called 111!

I must add however that in terms of the actual surgery I am really pleased with the results. It’s just such a shame it’s been clouded by such awful, back street bedside manner that has left such a bad feeling with me!! Spending £9k on this surgery is slot of money and I naively expected more from them!! It was hugely poor service once the deposit was paid and I felt they were just concerned with getting paid rather than the welfare of the patient!

Funnily enough I filled in their feed back form before leaving after my surgery expressing my concerns and asking for someone to contact me. Unsurprisingly no one has!!

There are so many reputable companies offered breast reductions out there and I regret choosing Harley Medical!! I certainly would not recommend them as I was actually quite a traumatic experience!

I was thrilled with the treatment that I received from Dr Fasano. What had been something that I had disliked about myself for years is now a thing of the past. I would definitely recommend!

I want to be 100% honest in my review in hopes it genuinely helps others who are researching HMG for their upcoming cosmetic surgery.

I started my journey with HMG in December 2022 with the intent to have both a Rhinoplasty and Mastopexy, despite being warned this is something HMG do not do whilst booking my initial consultation. Regardless this it went ahead 17/03/2023. The staff at HMG Nottingham have offered and continue to offer me support and a high quality service throughout this journey.

I wanted to highlight particular members of staff as I believe their work at Harley deserves full recognition.

Layla - I don’t know where do even begin. Layla was my first point of contact with Harley Medical and had immediately made me feel welcomed and comfortable with her friendly and professional manner. I felt comfortable explaining to Layla the complex nature of my mental health, my ptsd and how surgery would positively impact my life and how it was a necessary change. If you have mental health conditions you may know how difficult it is to be taken seriously by healthcare professionals particularly those in elective surgery. This was by no means the case with Layla, she fought my corner consistently throughout the process and alongside my surgeon pushed back against other members of the business who tried to question my mental health and ability to deal with the surgical processes. With my surgeon’s support Layla actually joined me at the hospital, Burcot Hall, on the day of my surgery. She chaperoned me from the moment I arrived and stayed for my entire surgery in theatre which as a victim of childhood abuse, unconscious, in a room full of strangers was support I could have never imagined. I will never be able to put into words how grateful I am for her to sacrifice her personal time to offer me that safety. Post op, Layla has offered out of hours support to me, liaising with my surgeon and nurse with any worries or queries I may have. She has offered immeasurable reassurance, care and professionalism throughout.

Adele - Adele is Nottingham site’s nurse. Adele has consistently gone above and beyond, coming into work on her days off to offer support and reassurance. Always on the other end of the phone she often calls, even when I’m not booked to visit to check in with me and how I am feeling, offering tips on how to feel more comfortable. Her bedside manner is unmatched and her ability to calm my anxiety worries is something that cannot be taught.

These two ladies, along with Sarah who has helped organise my multiple weekly trips and always offers a warm welcome and friendly chat, are an essential asset to this company and honestly, in comparison the rest of the company are a step above. The wider organisation could learn a lot about patient care and support from these girls.

Dr. Sandip Hindocha - I arrived at HMG with a surgeon in mind who I had researched, I explained to Layla my desired result and she asked me to consider Dr. Hindocha. Thank God she did. Professional and gentle with a genuine concern for patient well being. Dr. Hindocha throughout my entire process has had my best interests at heart, even if I haven’t wanted to hear them. I remember calling my Mother the night before surgery worried that I wasn’t as scared or anxious as I imagined, she replied that it was because I entirely trusted my surgeon. She was right. There are many ways to describe my experience with Dr. Hindocha but I’ll stick with one - easy. An easy decision to be under his care, an easy decision to accept his guidance and an easy decision to trust him with fantastic results and that has been entirely because of his demeanour, extensive knowledge and patient care. I was consistently treated with patience, dignity and respect. At almost 5 weeks post op, I am almost fully healed from both an open rhinoplasty and mastopexy with implants and whilst it hasn’t been the easiest or most comfortable 5 weeks of my life at no point have I felt unable to reach out for support from him or the HMG Nottingham team.

Finally a small review on Burcot Hall Hospital - I agreed to have my surgery at Burcot with the understanding I was staying overnight. Multiple members of staff offered high quality care, the care you would expect from an establishment where you receive private care at a significant cost. However, there was one particular member of staff who made me incredibly uncomfortable, she was rude, abrupt, inconsiderate and loud. I worry should someone who potentially is more sensitive than myself could really be quite hurt by the attitude that my chaperone Layla and I received. I also think it’s important to highlight BH does not offer pain relief from 10pm to 8am - you need to ask for it.

Ageist & dodgy sums up this company.
I have had surgery via this company for 30 years. Turns out that now I am 50+ this company is a new company in disguise who do not want to risk taking my implants out in case there are any complications. The worst part is that they made me pay for consultations & then simply ignored me. No letter, email or phone call. The company has been liquidated so many times in the past 20 years you will never have any recourse if things go wrong & they actually told me that they are nothing to do with the original Harley medical group (just in case you think about claiming against them for unsafe implants)!! You have been warned guys!

The care of the team has been excellent throughout my journey with HMG, one of the people I had a lot of contact with was Ioana (RGN) & she was amazing at making me feel at ease, explaining everything, insuring I had all the information I needed & all my questions were answered..... I felt very well looked after in her care & she is an asset to the team

Dr Leonardo Fasano Has exceeded my expectation and I’m only 4 weeks post op. He is crazily talented, I highly recommend him. The Teams from Harley Medical and Cat&Co are brilliant, they looked after me from start to finish.

I’m just so blessed and grateful for my journey with Harley Medical Group (Northampton ). From reception till after operation care everyone was professional, caring, friendly and polite. They were very helpful and patient with me all 6 months when I was MRSA positive and tried all their best to be treated right.
I can’t thank enough for their surgeon which is the most kind, polite and respectful of your privacy and intimacy person I ever meet.

I had Layla Withall at the Nottingham clinic for my initial consultation, she is an absolutely amazing patient advisor and is honestly so lovely, gave me all the info I needed to go ahead with my surgeon consultation and had really good communication throughout if I needed anything at all.
My surgeon was doctor Hazem Khout and he was absolutely incredible, so so reassuring, I really trusted him and as a person who struggles with anxiety I felt really at ease after speaking to him just before my surgery when I was feeling the most nervous. I’m only just about one week post op but so far everything has been running smoothly with my recovery and I can’t wait to see my final results! I cannot thank him enough!
Adele was my nurse during my time at the Harley Medical Group, again such a lovely experience with her, she made me feel super comfortable and checked up on me before my operation and also straight afterwards to make sure I was recovering all okay.
I have to also commend the staff at the Burcott Hall hospital, the nurses were all absolutely amazing especially when I was struggling with my anxiety on the wait just before my surgery, Clare I believe was the name of the nurse who was on my ward and I cannot thank her enough for looking after me. I felt very safe, comfortable and reassured in their hands.
Overall my experience couldn’t have been better, although I am only one week post op so I can’t particularly comment on my overall results yet I can reassuringly say that I would highly recommend the Harley Medical Group to anyone considering cosmetic surgery :)

Straight up refuse to see patients that are trans. In 2023 I think it’s pretty shocking a healthcare company, especially one that prides themselves on helping you regain confidence in yourself and in your body, would refuse to help someone for the sole reason being they’re transgender.

After a huge amount of research and a number of consultations for Liposuction here in the UK I was in no doubt that I had met the correct doctor to carry out my procedure when I met Dr Leonardo Fasano at the Harley Medical Group.
I can not thank Dr Fasano and his team enough for the AMAZING care and results you achieved for me. Dr Fasano carefully listened to me and covered all aspects during the initial consultation and the results of the surgery are beyond my expectations.
The care and follow up after the surgery were also at high standards and I can not recommend Dr Fasano and his team enough.
The results have made me more confident and I very much enjoy my new look.

Wow what can I say Consultant Hazem Khout was amazing. He answered questions I had before I had even asked them and I had a lot of questions. He was professional, through and explained each different procedure in detail that was available. He was extremely honest with me and I genuinely felt very well informed of all the options open to me.
I would highly recommend the Nottingham clinic and I would absolutely recommend Layla and Dr Khout.

I had my first consultation with The Harley Medical Group in Watford with Stacey. It was my first ever consultation for breast surgery so I was naturally a little apprehensive and nervous. She immediately made me feel really comfortable from the very beginning. She took me through my different options, listened to what outcomes I wanted from the surgery, and helped me choose the best solution for my needs.
Really pleased to have had Stacey for that first appointment, it was a positive and comfortable experience
