Very good experience, glad I went to Dr. Ahmad and Nurse Paula as both were so welcoming, knowledgeable and professional . I was a bit anxious but they put my mind at ease. I had 2 moles removed by laser today and the whole process was pain free and over in no time at all. The reception team are lovely and so friendly you get a warm welcome. I would definitely recommend Harley Street Medics to anyone.

I cannot rate HSM Glasgow more highly. I had been worried about a changing mole for a few days - my online inquiry was picked up same day, and 2 days later I was in the clinic, having a consultation and it was removed there and then.

The whole process from initial contact to procedure completion was 2 days. The actual procedure took 15 minutes and was painless. High tech equipment also meant no need for stitches when they'd usually be required.

The same process on the NHS would have taken months.

I will not hesitate in using HSM again.

I had a sebaceous cyst that had been bugging me for years removed. Very happy with the whole process. From first contact to removal of sutures it all went very well. All appointments were kept on time. The procedure itself was quick & painless. Appointments were available at short notice, no waiting for weeks to be seen. Reminder texts were much appreciated

Harley Street Medics are not CQC-registered, therefore you should not book or pay for any treatments with them. They are not safe. They will also lie to you and tell you they are, but they are not. They are also not even based on Harley Street. Avoid being scammed!

Had a great experience with Dr Kabeya and Nurse Amida. They checked on me regularly to make sure I wasn’t in discomfort during my procedure and handled things professionally. However I did not receive any aftercare information after being sent home, hence I have docked a mark.

I was asked when I left the clinic to give a review. It's taken me a few days to get around to it and I wanted to shake off the initial bad feelings and see if I can make it more balanced. But I'm afraid it's not going to be the most positive one. To begin with, I had a very helpful online consultation which I squeezed into my working day, she sent me an email to pay a deposit.I hopped straight onto my next call. What happened next was ridiculous. I was hounded for that deposit payment by text, email and phonecall within the hour, when still on a work call.. I duly paid when I got off calls but I thought wow this is aggressive. If you want immediate payment, you should build that into the consultation time, or you give 12 hours to make payment or something. It was really off to be hounded like that. The day of the appointment came and I arrived 10-15 minutes early and there was no one on reception and no one to even reassure I'd come to the right place, there were workmen drilling in a ceiling, no welcome area, it wasn't clear, I had to go upstairs to talk to another business to check it was in fact downstairs. I had travelled 90 minutes to be there. There was no welcome, no reception, no offer of water, no bathroom. When my appointment time came and went I almost walked out but someone came out of a treatment room and told me I was in the right place. I stuck with it. I had several skin tags removed. The two medics treating me were very nice people. The room had no extraction and just smelt of burning flesh. At the end, I had plain bandage sticky patches put on my face. For the money spent, they should at least have offered discreet plain hydrocolloid patches like the kind you can buy on Amazon to cover spots which I later ordered. Then I left without the chance to visit a bathroom or look in a mirror in privacy before another long journey home. That being said, everything is healing very well. I would see the same practioners again if I needed to but I would rather go somewhere more comfortable and I can't really shake the feeling that I sat in the reception for almost half an hour unsure if I was even in the right place, and I left with the impression that I was paying top dollar for a corner cutting service down in a basement in Farringdon that couldn't even offer a receptionist, customer toilet and air freshener.

I had a cyst removed today and right from the consultation I was made to feel at ease. The staff are all so professional. It felt like one big family. The procedure was fast and not painful at all. Everything was explained from the operation to the after care. I would definitely recommend.

I have just completed my 5th session of laser on both feet for fungus toenails, my experience with this clinic has been professional and friendly from the reception to lovely Fraser who completely put me at easy and answered any questions I put to him regarding my recovery. I cannot thank him enough he is such an asset to this clinic. I would recommend this clinic for this treatment.
