Everything was perfectly organized for my appointment. All the staff were incredibly lovely, professional, and friendly. The atmosphere of the clinic made me feel completely at ease, like I was at home rather than in a clinic. It was truly exceptional.

I can’t recommend Skin Health Clinic enough! From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the staff go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. They’re not just friendly—they’re incredibly knowledgeable and always happy to give honest, helpful advice tailored to your skin’s needs.

The practitioners are truly fantastic. You can tell they’re passionate about what they do, and their expertise shines through in every treatment. They take the time to explain everything clearly and make sure you feel confident in your skincare journey.

Two treatments I absolutely love are the Fire & Ice Facial and microneedling. The Fire & Ice Facial is amazing for an instant glow—your skin feels refreshed, smooth, and visibly brighter straight away, making it perfect before an event or whenever you need a quick boost.

Microneedling, on the other hand, has been a game-changer for longer-term results. It works by stimulating your skin’s natural collagen production, helping to improve texture, reduce fine lines, and give your skin a firmer, more rejuvenated appearance over time.

Overall, an incredible clinic with a team that genuinely cares about your results. I always leave feeling confident, refreshed, and well looked after! Jake

Harley Street Skin have been treating me for non-surgical treatments the last 20 years and I couldn’t recommend a better practice to go to. Always professional warm and welcoming and always offering the best advice. A must visit for those looking for non-surgical and surgical treatments.

My surgeon, Dr Peter Cumbo, was outstanding. He maintained great communication before the procedure and was incredibly patient with all my questions. I never felt rushed, and I always felt heard and understood.

I’m absolutely over the moon with my results. I experienced hardly any bruising and next to no pain, which exceeded my expectations.

The Post care checks made me feel valued and supported.

I visited the clinic for an appointment with Dr Khan today, on arrival, I was greeted by a friendly receptionist, offered a drink. As always, my appointment with Dr Khan was extremely professional.

The doctor’s knowledge and capability, and her frank and unbiased advise made me feel in good hands from the first consultation

The staff are very welcoming and polite. The waiting area, rooms and spaces within the building are clean and aesthetically pleasing.

Dr Khan explains everything you need to know about your procedures and provides a pleasant experience throughout. Would recommend to anyone looking for a consultation.

The lack of professionalism and attention to detail from all members of staff speaks volumes. Thank goodness I didn't get a treatment from them as their lack of customer service gave me a glimpse of how I'd be treated post-treatment as noted in some of the reviews here. Don't be fooled by all the bells and whistles and the fact that they are on Harley St and work with celebs that nobody quite frankly cares about. Avoid this place like the plague or do so at your own peril! Do your own research and always think how can a company have all 5* reviews. And yes, how quick they were to take my money as rightly mentioned in some of the reviews. Avoid!

I turned up 15 minutes late for my consultation, everyone was professional and warm. The hospitality from the reception was on point. Made me very welcome and warm. Dr Aamer Khan, was calm, cool and very professional. After my consultation. I booked my surgery straight away

The initial meeting went well, friendly receptionist and doctor explaining what would work well for me. Up sold me more than I was expecting to pay, but that was ok, I expected that.

I was given all the dates for surgery to begin and what to expect via email. They took my money after the initial consultant visit; the day of the procedure came, I was nervous and the nurse helping was lovely, I felt the doctor had no bedside manner as I barely got a few words from him. When I came too from being sedated, I was rushed out of the room as they needed it back, I assume for the next patient, i was given food (id had to pre order months in advance) to take away in the car and sent on my way. I was shocked to see how swollen and bruised my face as I wasn’t expecting it. I assumed it was all to be expected. (so swollen it was twice the size of normal)

When I had to go back for the next part of the treatment, I emailed and warned them that I still hadn’t healed and in fact had a lot of open wounds still and scarring. I was told to come in anyway, and I would need someone to drive me home. So, my husband and I took a day off work (working for ourselves meant this was of a huge financial income loss) arrived to Hssc and the dr took one look at my face and said I hadn’t healed enough and sent me away, I was so annoyed about this as id already let everyone know this prior to me booking time off. I emailed to say I wasn’t happy; was told I would get a tiny amount of credit on my account - which took months to receive and more chasing. (very unprofessional) I was given more dates to come in - though I had to have an emergency hysterectomy and not physically able to. I explained this to HSSC who said I could still come in later on in the year, I felt that having been sedated and given 2 general anaesthetics within 6 months was enough for me to go through for one year and felt to have more sedation would be unsafe for me: I also felt that no one cared for me or my health! i have been left with several scars and quite frankly I struggle to see any positive results or changes at all almost a year: I asked that i have a refund for the treatments I was unable to have. I felt this was the least they could do.

I emailed several times and called to speak to the director Daniel, I have never been able to speak to him, he has always been on holiday or unavailable. I was later told via email that I would not be able to have any of the money back.

I would warn others now that I had no one call or check on me from HSSC after the surgery which has left me feeling they only ever really wanted my money. I feel the results have been extremely disappointing are non-existent. I feel that i have been taken advantage of in all honesty. I would not recommend this company to anyone and would warn that although they are on Harley Street - this means absolutely nothing as far as quality and most importantly care goes.

Easy to understand what was going to happen and every question from myself was answered - from the moment I walked into the reception I felt at ease - beautiful waiting room and everybody was very welcoming and my treatment went with ease and comfort. Thank you.
