Attitude of staff
Our experience was very good. We did find the receptionist was not very helpful or welcoming, but once we were upstairs, it all changed. The lovely radiologist was so kind and helpful. She really hit the right note and was very thorough.
The breast surgeon, Chloe was also very sensitive, kind and thorough. We felt very looked after

Quick, efficient and friendly
Quick, efficient and friendly, I went here for a pelvic ultrasound that showed further investigation would be required. Mr Abdel Mahfouz saw me after the scan and was very reassuring (which was well needed!) obviously a very experienced Gynaecologist. Emailed me blood test result a day later and I have MRI results a week later which were again reassuring. The team seem to work very well together here and are friendly and warm even with nervous patients.

Absolute shambles!
Absolute shambles. They advertised 4D baby growth scan on their website for £220. We booked it as our hospital is not offering 4D scans. This so called clinic is dirty, unhygienic, dated, and their tiniest waiting room with dead plants is a joke. They made us wait for over 20 minutes to be taken to the scan room only to find out that they “made a mistake on a website” and they actually don’t offer 4D scans, just regular 2D scans you can get at any hospital. We did ask some of their staff members to reconfirm the scan was 4D whilst waiting, but they were clueless and didn’t know anything. Basically, this so called clinic blatantly lies on their website to attract people who want to have a 4D scan of their babies, but actually don’t have the facilities. Absolute scam and waste of time.

Top marks all round
I attended for an ultrasound scan on a lump under my left nipple. The scan was done promptly by Dr Mahfouz, who was able to reassure me straight away that it was gynecomastia and nothing else. He was professional, reassuring and very informative. All my background fears that the lump could be something more serious disappeared immediately. The whole service, from booking the scan, to having it done in a high quality clinic was superb. For peace of mind this was money well spent. By the time I got home I had received the full report and images of the scan by email. I would absolutely recommend this clinic and a special mention for Dr Mahfouz who was brilliant.
