Incredible Experience – From -10 to Better than 20/20 Vision!
I recently underwent ICL surgery and couldn’t be happier with the results! I went from a -10 prescription to better than 20/20 vision. The entire process was seamless. I booked my consultation in August, where I had my measurements and scan done. Dr. Mukhtar Bizrah was incredibly experienced and clearly explained my options. We determined that ICL was the best fit for me, and I decided to go ahead with it.
A week later, I had my scans done at the Western Eye Hospital. The actual procedure took place in September under IV sedation—it was quick, painless, and I felt comfortable throughout. The anaesthetist was particularly reassuring and skilled, helping to calm my nerves before the procedure, which really made a difference. I didn’t feel a thing!
A special thanks to Jenaya, who was always available to answer any questions I had and provided quick responses, making the entire process even smoother.
I’ve just had my 1-day checkup and am already seeing better than 20/20, which will hopefully improve further in the coming weeks. I would highly recommend this to anyone considering vision correction. The experience was nothing short of amazing!

I had a corneal transplant 40 years ago which is now coming to its end of life so had to search for another corneal surgeon.
My cornea has become ectatic meaning forward protrusion and abnormal coning shape.
I had read 5 Star reviews about Mr Mukhtar Bizrah a corneal and cataract surgeon who is an expert in this field. After the operation I couldn't agree more. He was so good.
This was a difficult operation but Mr Bizrah said he has done so many and even worse than this and has been successful. So don't worry. And don't worry about the disclaimer.
Because of this words I felt very confident and went through the operation.
Mr Bizrah himself is a very hygienic person. That was a big relief as your hear infection after operations. His consulting room in St John and St Elizabeth Hospital was new very clean and had all the latest and advanced equipments. All this was very important to me.
He explained in a very short and simple way how my cornea is and what it needs doing. I found his attitude to be a genuinely and honest surgeon. He is empathetic and wants to do good for every patient. He is extremely gifted at a young age. You will not find an expert and friendly corneal surgeon anywhere.
After the operation Mr Bizrah said my operation was very successful and results were better than he expected. The next day, I opened my bandage and there was no pain and my eye was amazinginly a success. I couldn't believe it!
His secretary Jenaya was amazing, please listen to her as she will not only give you honest advice but also will go out of her way to help you. She knows how nervous I was and by listening to her I really got my confidence to go ahead with the surgery.

Genuinely Cant Fault anybody during my experience in getting Lasik. The Staff were Lovely and Dr Bizrah was Great too in making me feel comfortable when going through the procedure.
I felt like there was genuine care and making sure this was actually the best option for me as well as all my questions being answered.

Absolutely Outstanding Experience and People
The service at the clinic from start to finish was absolutely amazing.
The pre-assessment eye tests were all carried out on time and the staff carrying out the tests explained everything thoroughly and were very friendly.

Trust worthy, highly recommend
I had a great experience with Harley Vision. I can only contrast them with optical express. Whereas OE were very pushy and disingenuous Harley vision and Mr Mukhtar Bizrah were the opposite. They came across as being incredibly patient orientated with the aim of giving me the best care. He explained everything in detail and let the natural benefits sell the treatment.
The process was very smooth , with one consultation and then a booking for the treatment. The day of the treatment was also smooth and the after care great. I met with the surgeon the following day and had already had better than 2020 vision!
Overall a great experience , would recommend!

Very positive experience - CXL + PRK surgery
I had a consultation booked with Mr Bizrah to investigate possible Keratoconus, which he was swiftly able to diagnose. After discussing my options with the surgeon, I decided to opt for Corneal Crosslinking surgery with PRK laser. The surgery itself went very smoothly, and the team have been great with post-op care in the weeks since. Jenaya, the Practice Manager, is great with email communications so have always been able to book appointments or get answers to my questions very quickly. Would definitely recommend this clinic!

Cataract surgery on consultant Ophthalmologist
I have had uveitis almost continuously for the last 5 years and the prolonged use of steroids have finally caused me to develop cataracts.
I recently had bilateral phacoemulsification and Trifocal lens implants done by Mr Bizrah. From start to finish the process was seamless. I was well looked after and I felt confident in Mr Bizrah’s ability to deliver a good result - and he delivered. As an Ophthalmologist myself, I know the pressure I was putting on a colleague asking him to do my eyes, and worse still use a lens he wasn’t familiar with. Nothing fazed him. Now 4 weeks later - I can see 6/5 N5 both eyes. I’ve been operating without any issues. I knew there would be glare and halos but they are worth it for the clarity of vision and spectacle independence.
Jenaya did a great job of co-ordinating everything in the background.
I am forever grateful- thank you Mr Bizrah and your team.

Brilliant from start to finish staff…
Brilliant from start to finish staff were great mr murkter was very nice and my eyes are great now thanks to his expertise and good honest advice I have referred a friend to him who is also having surgery done next week totally satisfied patient who does not have to wear glasses anymore
