Solid ottoman bed

DREADFUL AVOID AT ALL COSTS……

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY… Purchased two beds from this company back in February, faulty and very poor quality… they ignore text message emails and phone calls….THEN ON HERE they respond pretending to be sorry” asking you to contact them again and they will put it right… DO NOT BE FOOLED… they will not. Trading standards need to be informed of this company. AVOID!

Terrible - do not give them your business

Not even worth the one star, bed ordered, dumped in the house, no packaging removed, no assembly, not delivered to room of choice. Arrived at 630am, terrible service, no response from customer services despite multiple attempts

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!

Ordered a mattress, then received a text confirming delivery day. No delivery!

No answer to calls, texts, emails.

Ended up disputing transaction with the bank who eventually refunded my money.

As far as I can tell this is a scam website!!!!

Month later still awaiting refund

I ordered an ottoman bed and mattress and paid for assemble for my disabled father. However the bed got delivered but was not assembled driver said "I'm just the driver" when I tried to assemble the bed myself we realised half the parts were missing. I tried to contact the company via telephone but got no response. I then had to go out and purchase a bed that day for my father to sleep on that night.

When i finally got hold of the company I asked them to collect the bed and issue me a refund as I had to go out and purchase another bed.

They agreed and so came to collect there bed 2 days later. This was collect a whole month ago and I'm still awaiting a refund. Again I'm getting no response to telephone calls, what's app messaging or emails.

Avoid this company

Ordered a mattress that was not cheap.Waited in all day for the delivery that was confirmed & it did not arrive.Tried for 2 days phoning,emailing,wotsapp & txtn but no reply..Eventually I got 2 speak 2 someone & was told I would get another call back but I,m still waiting.Terrible customer service & scammed out of £359 😡

faulty mattress, asked for a refund, refused because now under new management thebedcraze liversedge, which is the same address, contacted them online and they actually accused me of scamming them for money when i wanted the mattress money refunded and blocked me

I ordered a mattress Thursday and had a call shortly after to say delivery would be the following Wednesday. I waited in and no delivery, I called and called and couldn’t get an answer, I tried emailing also which was ignored. I called again on the Thursday and was told someone would call me back within the hour, no one called back! I called very irritated on Friday and was asked to do a dispute for the payment from my bank as they had no trace of my order. Even though I had sent my order number, invoice AND bank statement through. When I questioned how on earth they managed to call me to tell me the delivery would be on the Wednesday if they didn’t receive my order I was told that “maybe a member of the team accidentally deleted it”. So 2 weeks later, no mattress, 3 days wages lost and the worst customer services iv ever experienced!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND ‼️

Bed was delivered okay

Bed was delivered okay, Harmony Front Ottoman. 1 of the feet was broken. They are only made of plastic, plus no instructions on fitting. Bed it self seems good enough, just cheap bits.

Avoid this company.No customer service at all

Ordered a mattress called the rock which is very very firm but they delivered a normal soft mattress. Unfortunately i wasn't home for delivery and had to ask someone else to take delivery so only realised when i got home.Been calling and messaging them constantly and no reply whatsoever. Luckily paid with Klarna so next 2 payments have been paused. Please avoid i have never had such a bad experience as i have had with this company. I'm sure most of their reviews must be fake.
Update:will update review once klarna closes the case been 7 weeks now
