The customer service was exceptional…

The customer service was exceptional from when the order was placed to the day of delivery. The bed and mattress that I ordered where manufactured to a very high standard, really pleased and happy with the service and my bed.

This is a sweet and sour experience and…

This is a sweet and sour experience and I am hoping the company will sort this out. I got a side lift divan ottoman bed. We can't use it cos when you put the headboard, you are unable to lift the Ottoman bed up. I have called the company no response. I have had to order a spacer but the screws are to small. I am just super stressed from this purchase. Hopefully someone will answer me now.

Poor post sales experince

No updates or progress reports, notified just before delivery. The delivery driver arrived on his own, to deliver a double ottoman bed and expected the resident to help him. Just as well I am young enough and fit enough, what if I wasn't. I am then told it will cost me an extra £10 because I live up 1 flight of stairs. Where are most bedrooms!!! I wouldn't mind, but I ended up doing half the work. The bed was then left on my landing for me to get it into my flat on my own. The bed is OK and pretty good quality, but the delivery and correspondence were by far and away the worst. I also bought a double bed and 2 mattresses from Sonno, the experience was chalk and cheese. Would I recommend Harmony beds, not at all

Only issue was....

The bed itself was great for the price. Sturdy and well made my only issue being that it came in th wrong colour. I asked for light grey but it turned up in a very dark grey. I tried to call a few times and left a message for a call back but no response at all.
Shame really.

Very good value and delivered promptly…

Very good value and delivered promptly paid to have it assembled and the poor lad hadn’t done it before he did his best but there is a disconnect on exact meeting so downgraded to 4 stars but the bed itself is very nice

Avoid..

Please, think twice, before purchasing from this company! Received my bed damaged, very poor quality frame, wood broken and all the fabric edges fraying.
Did let the company know about the issue and still waiting(5 weeks) for them to collect the damaged goods!

Wow such a great quality bed at a…

Wow such a great quality bed at a competitive price .
To be honest the ottoman dubble bed I brought seems to be a very good purchase .

I ordered an opera double bed on unpacking, found I received the wrong foot base, contacted them the same day, came to a solution, and problem resolved over the moon with my bed and their service would highly recommend
