Unauthorized renewal issues…its a $ trap.

Unauthorized renewal issues (misleading/confusing upon signing up for a trial period). After countless email requests, it was impossible to get a meaningful response (all standard, repetitive, same prompts leading you nowhere and in hopeless loops). App is not user friendly. Buyer beware, read their reviews, a lot of negative experiences!

Terrible experience with Harna Fitness

Terrible experience with Harna Fitness. The app itself is fine, but subscription management is very poor. I signed up for a low-cost trial, and it wasn’t clearly stated that it would auto-renew to €47.99/month. I received no email notifications about charges or failed payments. When money was added later, they deducted the full amount without warning. Customer support refused a refund and only offered free sessions instead. Very disappointing and misleading billing practices.

Love the workouts

Love the workouts. The tips are great and my favorite is the bells to warn start and end to exercise as I use my phone and it’s not always visible

Poor customer service

Poor customer service.
I haven't used the app as didnt suit me and forgot to cancel before subscription came out. I immediately messaged for a refund and was refused.
I was disappointed they wouldn't offer any cash reimbursement not even as a good will gesture. £47.99 per month is a lot of money is this current financial climate.

So far it's relaxing but I don't see…

So far it's relaxing but I don't see where I will be loosing any weight or sculpting my body with these steps, but to be fair I am only 3 days in. I will come back when my 4 weeks are up and let you know.

I would give them zero stars if I could

I never signed up for this app. I got charged 89.99 so I contacted customer service for a refund like it says to do on their website. I explained that I had not signed up for this app. First they tried to offer me all these different things to "stay". When I declined 2 times and again requested a refund, they said they would review it and let me know. A few hours later I received a text that stated they had reviewed and I didn't meet their criteria for a refund and that my account was cancelled ( the account that I never signed up for) and I would be able to use their app for a year until my membership was over. They replied but basically didnt offer any solution, just talked around and still said they wouldnt refund me. They can see that I havent used their apo ever. A definite scam. Run dont walk away from this company!
