Asked about the weight of a bracelet and they refused to tell me.
Rule number 1) Don’t trust ANY jewellers who can’t / won’t tell you the weight of the item / metal they are selling.
That basically means it weights peanuts and they are charging you over the odds ….

I purchased a necklace that I absolutely love! I Ordered it on monday and received it on thursday. It was very easy to communicate with the company as responses was always very quick. The packaging was a joy the jewellery box was nicely wrapped etc. I would recommend and purchase again from this company.

Ordered a 9carrat bangle. It has arrived and weighs as much as a feather. Very small and flimsy for £500. Not great value. Packaging was nice though. Will be going into a jewellers in person next time than ordering online.

I bought a gold bracelet which arrived within 2 working days, the bracelet was too small for me and had to be returned, had it fit I would have kept it. The returns process was simple and efficient. Definitely would buy from them again in the future.

Bracelet is as described I’m very pleased with item just how I imagined it would have liked a choice of a heavier one , fits perfectly (7”)..only downside was delivery took a week to ship ,but overall very happy

I had to pay EURO 66,- to customs to have this delivered and there was no mention of this during the sale while (now that I did pay it) it was easy to figure-out, yet the company could not easily add it

Well presented and well packaged- had a reasonable first time purchase discount.
My only gripe would be the photos gave the impression that the item (infinity link) and chain were bigger than what actually was sent.
It’s very delicate and I’m not sure if it will retain its value.
Although it was a present to be handed down to the next generations- I like my presents such as this to have value.

I did not receive my earrings.

The earrings for me were 347 dollars which was a lot because I usually buy silver but I decided to opt for gold this time. Well apparently there were supposed to be in my mailbox Friday. I checked today and there is nothing there. How am I supposed to buy anything in the mail if I might be out 400 dollars every time. It says they aren’t responsible for their items. What would you do?
