Ordered a gold necklace in early January no tracking or updates. Checked with support end of January was told it was being crafted no updates on site. Received a random ring in them mail on Valentine's Day. Contacted support who acted interested in issue resolution until the refund terms prevented a claim then stopped responding.

Product was not as described at the time of ordering - different design sent. Email to their support address was not replied to and website very unclear on faulty / wrong product query process (other than to email their support address.....that got no response). Gift presentation packaging was poor quality. Engraving of photo I provided was, however, nice/as I had hoped for.

Avoid this company. Absolutely awfull service. This company took 2 months to produce a neclace and then lost it in the post, no refund, no product sent back out. They only take your money with out any communication, despite 30 messages sent on there ticket system. Avoid, Avoid, Avoid

This website steals images from other legitimate jewellery makers and passes them off as their own, offering customisations not possible for the depicted items. You will not receive the items depicted in the image if you order from neatie.com
For example -
Neatie.com's "Wedding Bands In 9ct Yellow-Gold" has taken the images from fragmentdesigns.com's "yellow gold hammered wedding ring
And Neatie's "Personalised Double Coastline Ring" has taken the images from hannahlouiselamb.com's Silver Twin Coastline Ring. I would include links to these examples but Trustpilot's reviews don't allow it.
There are no doubt many other examples, these are just from two jewellers I know. Positive reviews for this website are likely to be paid false reviews.

I saw negative comments on the internet about NEATIE.COM, and was naturally suspicious. As a Retired Police Officer, I am fortunate to know how to legally do 'background checks', because all the information is on the internet, if you know how and where to look. My initial request was sent to NEATIE.COM, however, I received a reply from NEATIEJEWELLREY GMAIL I immediately completed further checks, and saw the Company had been in existence since 2014. I wanted 3 x 3D Crystals Engravings. I knew they would be reasonably expensive, however, you expect the same if you want personalised items such as these. I made my purchase, Order Number 47693, knowing that in a 'worse case scenario', I would be able to claim the money back. The items arrived at my home and other than a 'Technical Issue', all was good. I decided to make another purchase with different specifications for my daughter, Order Number 47710. I am completely satisfied and very happy with what NEATIE.COM have done for me. I am I in fact now, making another order with NEATIE.COM which is far more expensive than the previous 2 orders combined, because they have proven to me, I can put my faith in them.
