Avoid, avoid, avoid! Do not order from this company. They will not answer your emails and the products are cheap and nasty! I ordered a personalised sterling silver with white gold plate necklace and pendant with a dog paw print on it for my daughter for Christmas. Within two weeks of wear the white gold plating is starting to scratch off. This is totally unacceptable. I have emailed twice with absolutely no response. Awful customer service, shop elsewhere.

Ordered a ring on the 4th December 2021 for an Xmas present. Thought I had given plenty of time, for delivery. The company says even at really busy times such as Christmas, they aim to delivery all orders within 2 weeks. The ring came today, 10th January 2022. Looks nothing like the picture, the gem stones are tiny and can you can barely see them. Expensive, for what you get. Really disappointed.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I ordered a ring for my daughter for Christmas back in November 2021 and I am still waiting today 30/12/21. Sent emails on a daily basis Facebook messages and no response apart from a couple of times from Katie. She sent me a photo of the ring! Not what I paid almost £70 for.
Absolutely appalling customer service and disgraceful company. I have asked my bank to claim back MY money and I will also notify trading standards. Spend your money elsewhere

SCAM SCAM SCAM This business has taken money from several people that I know.Don’t read the reviews as more have been reported and none has been publicised. I know 6 people who have had over £100 taken and never returned
Friend of mine has said the items she received have been posted from China.
Loads of emails sent and No reponse.

This company is an awful company to have dealings with. I ordered a gift for my sister's 60th birthday on 10 August 2021 and today 27th September I am still waiting to receive the gift. To be fair the original package got lost and neatie did agree to replace the lost item, so why they continue to ignore me i do not know, when all I want is to receive my order that I paid for.
They do not answer any emails or messages sent to them, I have emailed them numerous times but my emails are just ignored. I have left messages on facebook, but alas these have been ignored as well
I have now reported this company to trading standards, and have asked for a full refund, I will take legal advise if needed. I will never be conned like this again. To say I am disappointed is putting it mildly, all I wanted was a gift for my sister.
UPDATE
I eventually received my order on 14th October after 10 weeks of chasing. When it arrived it was the wrong item. Since then i have emailed this company every day requesting a full refund, but surprise surprise they are once again ignoring me.
They won't even provide me with the return address to send item back to them.
I STRONGLY ADVISE ANYONE THINKING OF USING THIS COMPANY TO THINK AGAIN AND GIVE THEM A WIDE BERTH, YOU WILL BE PLEASED YOU DID BELIEVE ME
THE QUALITY OF THE JEWELLERY IS AWFUL AS IT ACTUALLY COMES FROM CHINA SO CHEAP RUBBISH, SOMETHING YOU WOULD FIND IN A CHEAP XMAS CRACKER

Horrible company It’s nearly been 2 months and still haven’t received my ring and the customer service is terrible they don’t care and they will give you an easy reply I beg anyone who reads this to stay far away from this company

Don't buy from them. I ordered one item and it was great. Ordered the more and they were shameful. Not even the design that I gave them.
They don't reply to your emails which is very concerning but will respond quickly for your money.

If I could rate zero stars I would.
Waited 4 weeks. Received a completely different ring to what I ordered.
Wasnt engraved like I had asked. And was disgusting.

Avoid!!! it took 5 weeks to arrive and there were Chinese labels on the mailbag, they source from China and overcharge customers, also terrible customer service, I email them uncountable times and either they weren't replying at all or their answers were vague.
Never buying again.

Absolutely horrible. Did not receive my item, claimed it was gonna be delivered ages ago, spent £75 on a personalised gift and never received it. Everyone-DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. THEY WILL SCAM YOU and not deliver your item or even I've seen other people say its been delivered from CHINA with NO CONTACT in the UK and horrible service. I'm appalled. Honestly horrible what they do of scamming.

I ordered an engraved necklace in white gold and it was delivered in yellow gold. Neatie offered me an 80% refund, even though this was entirely their fault. I obviously declined and, since then, communications have stopped entirely, no matter how I contact them. I would caution against a company that behaves like this.

Disgusting company. The product I received is completely different to the one they offer on the website and very poor quality (not sterling silver just metal). I’ve sent a few emails and contacted them on Facebook messenger and they’re ignoring them all. Katie, the person I was liaising with offered to refund half of the amount which is ridiculous. So disappointing. Never buy from them! It’s a scam.

I am so disappointed. I ordered a sterling silver key ring with an engraved photo on the fob. I received it today - it's thin metal, definitely not sterling silver. I have messaged them via their ticketing system, email and via Facebook and they have ignored every single message. This was a special present for my Mum's 80th birthday and it's nothing but cheap tat. I would never order from this company again and advise people not to do so either.

The engraved portrait of my beloved dog Trews is just what I needed to keep him close in thought and spirit now that he can no longer be with me. This skillfully made pendant is a comfort, as well as a lovely, unique piece of jewelry that I wear constantly. I was surprised at how faithfully my photo of Trews was transformed into a silver cutout likeness. My order was filled quickly, efficiently, and with the artistry I had hoped would go into it. I couldn't have asked for better service from Neatie.com. Thank you!

I bought a white gold necklace from Neatie for my friend's 50th. When it turned up it was yellow gold and poorly made. They offered to return £40 of the £52 I spent on the item. Random! I obviously refused because legally they owe me the whole refund. I have heard nothing from Katie, the person I was liaising with, nothing from their PR department. Basically nothing. Disgusting behaviour for any company. Do not buy from these people. Once you have an issue, they simply do not want to know and do not respond.
