The customized earrings which I ordered from this site is simply awesome, with substantial amount of weight, even they are hollow but the detailing which they added is simply superb!! I just fell in love with this product and will for sure use them again in future to get many more customized products!!

I am completely satisfied with products of this company. I have recently ordered a personalized pet necklace for my cat. I got the delivery within just couple of weeks. Will definitely recommend this company to all my friends. 5 stars to this company from my side!!

This cute gold “ I Love” necklace is lovely. My husband gifted me this on our 2nd anniversary, with my birth stone added on it. It has brought be plenty of compliments. I am in just love with this product!!

Waited a month's the rings I finally got are awful. They are not like they are described to be. The spinning ring is nothing like the picture it isn't a a proper spinning ring in any way it isn't even oxidized.Theyve also sent the wrong sizes. They will not reply to any messages I have sent. I payed over £123 and have goods that are not fit for purpose. I'm hàving to go through trading standards and then small claims court. These were birthday gifts that were late and to embarrassing to give. I am still waiting for them to get in touch

I would highly recommend Neatie Personalised Jewellery. I recently bought a ring on-line from their website. I had been looking for a particular ring and Neatie saved me between £50 - £100 compared to other sellers. Although the ring arrived within a couple of weeks but it was absolutely perfect!

This company is totally untrustworthy.
I ordered 6 pendants at a cost of £180 - these were of my brothers finger print. He had Downs syndrome was 49 when he passed away very suddenly, so as a family, we were desperate to have something we could wear in his memory.
The pendants arrives about 3 weeks after the order was placed. These look nothing like the pendants ordered and were very cheap looking . I contacted Neatie immediate at my dissatisfaction, explaining with photos what I ordered & what I received, as well as the importance of them in relation to my brother.

They apologised and said they would replace them as soon as possible. another 2 weeks went by & they confirmed that they were almost ready to post.

Nothing was received and so another email sent & no reply to this or a further 5 emails.

Totally disgusted by this and their shocking customer service, as well as the disrespect they have shown my brother.

Shame on you .

There rings are so beautiful and dainty. I really love them and will be ordering more soon. Simply beautiful. And I received them in a cute little box great for gift giving !

I am totally dissatisfied with this company. I am still waiting on an order that was ordered April 30 and I have been told it is complete and with a courier. Need it by June 1. Will not recommend this company. I don’t like it because you can’t talk to a live person. Honestly maybe rate a 1/2 star

I ordered a pirate necklace in January ..wanted it for valentines day. Took till the end of March to come, and when it did it was laughable!! I ordered an old looking weathered silver coin with a gold cross ...i got a brand new tiny pendant the size of a 20p shiny, not weathered at all, which looked pathetic. I've complained and asked for a refund, but of course no one is answering now. Awful company!

Ordered family crest signet ring, there is simply no way to describe how perfect this ring turned out. So beautiful, nice and heavy, wonderful craftsmanship! Although the crafting time is a bit long, but it really worth waiting for such stunning ring. Definitely recommend!

Had really good shopping experience with neatie.com. Their customer service is extremely excellent, always response fast and helpful. Their product are really nice, I ordered necklaces and rings from them, far more better than expected every time. Will buy from them again!

Ordered necklace it got botched engraving was crooked they didnt put stone were I asked, no one will respond to help figure problem out. No customer service. Spare yourselves lost money try another company they don't care if your happy at neatie.

The quality and appearance of the personalised ring are exactly as described and pictured. Size was spot on. I really like it. Neatie shipped the item faster than expected.

I ordered a silver cross for my son's 18th birthday. Up until then the service was brilliant, my questions were answered immediately and it arrived promptly. Unfortunately It was nothing like the picture so I asked for a refund. Radio silence!! No address to return it to, no phone number! What a con!

Wife loved the necklace piece along with the other attatchment pieces. Loves the concept of being able to mix and match to create multiple designs.

I've always wanted to get a personalised jewellery like this, and when I saw this, it was perfect for me. When I actually received it, it was beyond my expectations. It looked exactly like the picture. It is very elegantly designed, and I get compliments about it all the time.

Loved the personalised ring me and my husband thought it was great buy love the weight it's not to heavy or light great gift.

Utterly terrible, my 'gold plated' ring came nearly two weeks late and the gold rubbed off within an hour of wearing it. Terrible quality, and the company unwilling to refund.
