Wish I’d looked on here first. Ordered a personalised necklace 6 weeks ago & still waiting!! Told “the engravers are working from home because of covid so things are taking longer” plausible excuse until you read on here & see people in 2019 (before Covid) had the same problem!! They’re now ignoring my emails!! Rubbish service & fear the product will also be rubbish but wouldn’t know as I’ve yet to Receive it!! AVOID!!.. Wish i had!!

DANGER !! Do not buy jewelry from this site I paid £170.00 for a coat of arms silver signet ring, took 6 weeks to arrive, was not silver but metal, coat of arms was not recognizable,ignored all the emails I sent asking for a refund. LOST £170.00
ALSO ITEM CAME FROM CHINA.and NEATIE HAD STUCK A UK ADDRESS IN STOCKPORT OVER THE CHINESE ONE, BUT IT SHOWED THROUGH THE LABEL. DISGUSTING COMPANY

Please don’t ever use this company. I ordered a 3D cube for a gift with engraving, you can barely tell who it is and no engraving at all. I sent email and they acted like they were going to resolve the issue, then stopped responding. I sent numerous emails but nothing! TOTAL RIPOFF!!!!!! A waste of money and this is not from the UK like stated, came from China

Been nearly 2 months and my order has not come, which was supposed too be a gift for someone. Customer service is non existence.
Don’t waste your time or money order somewhere else!!!

Ordered a necklace over a month ago and still waiting for it. Keep getting the same generic reply to my question about when I will be getting it. 'Your order is almost ready and will be sent shortly'. No contact number to ring anybody so no way of speaking to someone direct. After numerous emails since Thursday last week, still not had a reply at all. Worried that they have gone out of business and I have paid my money for a necklace.

Customer service is almost non existent. How to contact them and track your order is almost impossible. A battle. They are slow and unreliable. Never to be used again.

Took over 3 months to get my necklace and it looked nothing like the picture online very disappointed

The silver bracelet which I purchased for my girlfriend is stunning. Quality is great and the design too. Also, they shipped the item really fast. Loved it.

I ordered a block crystal with an engraved image on it. The order took 7 weeks to arrive in a damaged box. The box inside was completely damaged too so I could not use it as a gift box and the crystal block has a scratch on it. It isn’t even the shape I ordered. When I chased them a month after the order was placed, they told me it was being dispatched that very day but didn’t arrive until another 3 weeks. They did not respond to follow up emails either. There are other companies who I am sure do a better job. The box came from China so obviously not made in the UK. I later talked to other companies who use the same technology but manufacture in the UK. To sum up, unreliable and very poor customer service.

Very much doubt, most of this stuff is personalized, ordered a gents pearl ring for my 30th anniversary theirs a section, called additions, so instead of the tungsten, I wanted silver, and a subscription and chose my ring size everything but a sterling silver ring that I request, I even emailed before I ordered it to check that their was no additional cost and I would get what I requested, 4 emails later, no response, £49 down the drain, pure unprofessional attitude of a company

Very dissapointed in the ring took 3 weeks longer than promised to arrive ring was meant to be hand crafted jewellery but came from China and was not great quality poor service and very poor quality for the money and promises wouldn't recommend any one !

Few days back, I had ordered an engraved baby feet ring from Neatie.com which I received today. The ring is absolutely what I had expected. The name and date of birth, of my baby is engraved beautifully and it just looks really great. Thank you so much Neatie.com for providing me with such an amazing ring. Looking forward to buy some more beautiful products from your website. 5 stars!

Ordered my glass engraved item in 3D and paid extra. Even the wrong people were in the glass. Who that was I don’t know. The presentation box looked as though a football team had been kicking it around the warehouse. Neatie replaced this item and box with the correct one. It arrived with the infamous Hermes and smashed up parcel as is the normal delivery from Hermes. The presentation box is also smashed up but luckily the item was not smashed. The picture is NOT 3D as paid for with the wrong writing on and after three attempts to contact the company I have had no reply. I would not use this company and advise you not to. The item came from China so no surprise there then.

I sent an email regarding my issue 02.01.19 but have had no acknowledgement so followed it up with a message via their Facebook page 10.01.19 again no acknowledgement. Essentially I am extremely disappointed with a necklace I bought that was described as a ”Thick Silver Name Necklace with 40cm length Rollo Chain, price £29.99 on 11 Dec, intended as a Christmas gift. Sadly the necklace did not arrive in time for Christmas, but arrived the beginning of January. The necklace is utter rubbish to say the least, the name plaque is so thin and flimsy it bends with no force whatsoever and has indeed snapped in half, the letters look like they’ve been cut out with a pair of scissors. It simply looks like something out of a Christmas cracker it’s that cheap looking. It would have been to embarrassing to give as I gift and I have now order another necklace from another company, when it arrives it will be interesting compare the quality. I have had no acknowledgement from them I now intend to contact Trading Standards as this item is not accurately described on their website, “Thick Silver” should not bend or snap with very little force. UPDATE 02.04.19. Since writing this review I have yet to receive any acknowledgment from Neatie.com with regard to the complaint emails about the necklace.

Thank you so much for the entire creative team of Neatie.com. I have ordered a name necklace and it is beautiful and exactly what I envisioned. I was impressed by the font which was used to customize the necklace. I am also very happy as this product was delivered to me on time as I am going to present this to my prior boss at her retirement party on Monday. Thank you so much!!

Terrible - don't buy from them.

I bought a 3D engraved cube for a friend's wedding. When it arrived, the box was damaged, but ok, let's put that to the side.

The text was meant to read 'Kat & Marcus' and the date of their wedding, but instead, all it said was 'Kat Marcus' and the date.

In addition, i paid extra to have the photo engraved in 3D. I submitted the photo in the format they requested.

When it arrived, i complained and they said that i needed to have sent the photo from the side as well, so they could produce the 3D effect. This was not stated anywhere on their site and they were happy to charge me extra for the 3D option. In addition, i'd gotten 3D printing on a crystal cube from another vendor previously and they didn't need a side photo.

Ok, putting this all aside, i couldn't give this as a gift to my friends for their wedding, so i contacted Neatie for a refund. They said they would only refund for the 3D effect. Really? i got a product i didn't order.

I asked for a refund again, and they never bothered replying my email, even though i followed up twice over the following month.

I would NEVER shop from them again and suggest you don't either as they take absolutely no responsibility for incorrectly processed orders and do not respond to reasonable complaints.

I ordered a pet necklace (made from a picture of my 2 Yorkies) for my wife's 40th. I have to say that the necklace was fantastic. They kept me up to date with my order status, and the necklace itself was fantastic and my wife absolutely loved it.

I would recommend this company to anyone, very professional and they even answered a couple of emails I sent out of hours.

Great product!! This Friends forever necklace is a perfect gift for me and my bff. This is made using 18ct Gold - and the necklace shines brilliantly as the sun. the pendants are very strong and solid.
