Order was delayed by a considerable…

Order was delayed by a considerable time. Bracelet broke as I tried to fasten clip. Returned and never worn. Very disappointed after waiting so long.

Very sorry for your bad experience but the reason was clearly explained to you over which we had no control however in the case of your bracelet breaking that is unfortunate but can happen in rare occasions as some pieces of jewellery are delicate but we could have replaced that for you for a new one or a different design had you requested that. Dear everyone reading this review

Dear everyone reading this review, I have previously left a bad review to which I received a response from Harper Kendall advising me to speak to their customer services and they will sort out the damaged bracelet, I've sent them various emails which I've had no response I've also tried the contact number that they have again it doesn't work. I am now going to trading standards in the hope to get this resolved as spending £200 on a bracelet which broke from the weld, this is not a small amount of money to forget about. Worst experience I've ever had buying anything from a company!!!

This company is terrible

This company is terrible. They sell items that’s not in stock. After couple week of not receiving item we contacted and was told it was being posted that day and will be with us in couple of days. After 3 days we got email saying out of stock and money will be refunded. Terrible service.

I got a beautiful necklace from Harper Kendall as a Christmas gift from my husband. From the minute I put the order in I received updates on how my order was progressing and delivery information. The order arrived quickly and was gift wrapped and is really beautiful Thank you for a very prompt service.

Xmas present for my wife so

Xmas present for my wife so, hopefully, the item is 100% as advertised - though l reckon it will be as the site was very easy to navigate, good pricing and the delivery was very, very good (particularly for this time of year).

Great stud earrings!

I purchased two pairs of stud earrings. I am impressed by the quality and by how nice they look! I would have put 5 stars if the earrings arrived a bit earlier but nevertheless it was worth the wait! I will be buying from Harper Kendall again for sure.

Beautiful anklet

Beautiful anklet for a birthday present.
The app to use for tracking delivery was useless and never updated, however the live chat on the website more than made up for it and absolutely excellent customer service. Will definitely buy from here again. Thank you for ensuring the anklet arrived in time to open on the birthday :)

Not happy

I bought a chain to be told nearly a week later that they don’t have it in stock and would I like something similar I said yes but show me first,I wasn’t shown anything at all and received a chain that was worth at the most half the cost of the original chain I wanted,so I’ve sent it back and now waiting for my refund,I’m not happy at all with this company

We are very sorry you had this issue but we dont really send items that are not cleared with the customer first and if any issues we are always available anytime to resolve them and refunds are also quickly made as fast as possible should the customer is not satisfied but refunds do normally take between 5-7 days as set out in our returns policy but in most cases are paid faster.
