The solicitors were very professional and worked tirelessly on my case. Jane Lewis and Amie Pinnell especially were very good at their jobs I highly recommend them to anyone looking to make a claim. They kept me updated and answered my questions when I was unsure.

I couldn’t thank Georgina Hunter, Amy Onesti and all the team enough. Georgina explained everything to me so well was always kept in the loop, would make sure I was happy with EVERYTHING. Not only being there for the “legal” side of things she was always asking about how my health is. Shes caring& so hard working. If you think about using anyone, definitely Georgina Hunter & her team!

AVOID this company! My case took 4 years to complete with my case being passed from person to person! I was then assigned Georgina Hunter and the nightmare continued! You virtually halve to do the claim yourself! Collecting bank statements and evidence for your claim yourself. I then received a letter with my final compensation award to only be told a mistake had been made and it was actually 9 thousand pound less than they had confirmed to me twice on email and letter! I struggle to believe they handled my case with any care if they make this kind of mistake to their clients!!

After my mother was knocked over on a pelican crossing and ended up with multiple injuries , we employed Harris Fowler on a no win no fee basis and we are know receiving the compensation payment that my mother deserves and wish too thank Emma , Selina and Hannah for all there hard work and also all those others working in the office

I contacted Harris And Fowler Reference a road traffic accident they took all the details of the accident they decided to take on my claim no-win no fee. I provided in the best information that I could. i’m not the type of person to ask for regular updates. But they updated me to see how I was and how everything was going. They got me a an offer which I think was realistic for my injury. We had a video chat with the barrister. And I agreed that I think it was realistic and we went ahead. They managed to get the offer compensation to me very quick much faster than what I was thinking. When there was a surprise was coming later when they managed to recur some costs I think additional legal costs and give me some additional money large money for me. So for me this was a fantastic experience and I would recommend using them but obviously you need to provide them with all the information. And hope that the other person who caused the accident has a conscience. and tell their side of the story truthful to their insurance.. mine was a motorcycle accident and I was in a lot of pain. Spending seven weeks in hospital.

After having an accident at work I chose to use Harris Fowler on a no win no fee basis. I was allocated a solicitor by the name of Ceren Fox In December 2019, by December 2021 we had got nowhere, she made very little contact and in two years nothing much had been dealt with in my opinion. Then in January 2022 I was contacted by another solicitor by the name of Sarah Middleton, who informed me she had taken over the case because the other person had left. In 8 months Sarah contacted me on many occasions really pushed things forward arranged for me to be seen by specialists and has now settled my case with an excellent outcome, cannot thank Sarah enough, I only wished I had her from the beginning .

I had an accident at work and called Harris Fowler for advise, they took my claim on a no win no fee bases.
My case was taken on by Tracey Bennet. My opponents accepted liability very quickly however it took nearly a year to complete the claim, I believe this is down to the process and not a reflection on Harris Fowler. So be prepared for the long process.
I was in regular communication with Tracey throughout my claim via email mainly and always got a response. I did have to chase things up myself but all in all I feel Tracey done a very good and thorough job and was always polite and helpful throughout the claim. I believe if you do get Tracey Bennet representing you you'll have a good person working on your behalf. Many thank Tracey.

Began my claim with these back in January 2016, and throughout this long process Harris Fowler have kept me up to date with every aspect of it, along with being very accommodating with regards to travel requirements, always making it as easy as possible for me to get to my appointments wherever my location.

I hired Harris Fowler to help out with a pretty scary issue where I was verbally and physically assulted by a work colleague. I was worried I would lose as it was basically me against my previous employer, but Sarah Harding and her secretary, Alyssa got me sorted out after a court hearing yesterday in Birmingham with a fantastic barrister.
I have to say, the case did take a few years to finally get to court, but, for a 'no win, no fee' solicitor..... a fantastic job.
