I instructed David Wallbridge for a client recently in relation to a survey to report on reported repair issues at a residential property. David’s report was extremely thorough, informative and well presented and the client was happy with the report. David was prompt and very helpful in dealing with follow-up queries on his findings.

A really exceptional service from David Wallbridge and Harrison Clarke. An excellent, detailed survey report (Level 3) written in plain English and with extremely useful costings for remedial work. Excellent follow-up to discuss the results and the main risks. Would highly recommend to anyone considering a residential building survey in the Southampton area.

The whole experience has been so different to any other house surveys previously. Prompt, friendly and efficient booking, very thorough Level 3 full structural report, the ability to chat through issues with Paul, and recommendations for companies who might be able to complete the remedial work. The advice was invaluable in understanding both the level of work required and also where to pitch my lower price offer. The loft timbers were inaccessible, being covered in plaster board, and Paul was able to come back when these had exposed to advise further on water ingress.
I cannot recommend this company more highly.

Found Harrison Clarke by chance when walking through Woolston just before finding a property to buy. Very fast response to email query for a quote and they know of the local area very well. Thought the quote given and the report I received was very good value for money and great in making an informed decision on whether to proceed. Survey arranged within a few days and report received back again in just a few days. Would recommend and use again in the future.
