We bought out house through Harrisons recently and from viewing to completion they were brilliant. They communicated with us efficiently and provided us with regular updates. A huge thank you to Jon, in particular, with replying to my emails and answering any queries I had. I would highly recommend Harrisons.

A really positive experience in buying my first home. They couldn’t do enough for me and were there every step of the way. I cannot recommend them enough.

From the start when we had different estate agents out to value our house I knew we were choosing Harrison’s. No pressure, honest and not bombarded with facts and figures like the rest. We had a very long drawn out sale but Harrison’s were always in touch doing everything they could, actually above and beyond. Ernie does an excellent job along with jon. Very personable and they actually get back to you. Would recommend

We decided to use Harrisons as our estate agents as they were recommended by a friend and the quote was very reasonable. We initially dealt with Kate, who was very friendly and knowledgeable and got the ball rolling with our sale. Even throughout the lock down Harrisons continued to work with us, keeping us informed of everything and giving us advice and support when needed. We ended up also purchasing a property from Harrisons which made the whole process easier. Graham, Nicky and the whole team worked hard to keep our sale and purchase going during this difficult time and I would highly recommend Harrisons to anyone wanting to sell/ buy a property. Friendly great communication and kept me updated

Jon was instrumental in our relocation back to Kent, keeping on top of all parties in the chain as well as solicitors. Communication was excellent and he was also very knowledgable when prompted with my questions. When he wasn't available, the rest of the team at Harrisons were courteous, friendly and knowledgable. Although I didn't use Harrisons to sell my home (being in a different county) I would have no hesitation in using them for any future estate agency need.

What an excellent team! First time I've ever sold a house, quite a daunting experience for the uninitiated, but made extremely easy by all the team members, much appreciated.

Jon did the "donkey work" for the sale and viewings, but EVERYBODY helped, including (in no special or selected order), Graham, Ernie, Nicky, Kate, & Sonia.

As in the case of many other reviewers, I was kept informed at all stages, right on the dot. Jon was the main one I dealt with, and he has an exceptionally-nice "way" about him. His letters and his telephone calls were very professional (as were calls from the other members), and his knowledge and excellent command of English showed that he is a man of good education and ability.

Thank you all for making this sale as painless as possible, and for securing a very good deal with me from the Buyer.

I used Harrison's (Rainham Branch) to sell my house, following a recommendation from a friend and I'm so glad I did. Really friendly, personal service from all the team, but special thanks to Kate who went over & above to get my house sale through under very difficult circumstances. Her patience & perseverance in tirelessly dealing with an utterly inept solicitor (even on her days off) was hugely appreciated. Bought my house 6 years ago and they were incredibly helpful then.

Fast forward and I have sold my house with them. I chose them over other agents that said they could get a little bit more. Those similar houses 7 months later are still up for sale.

Within 6 weeks I had 4 offers 1 under the asking price, 2 for the asking price and 1 over.

Once again they were a pleasure to buy with and to sell with

These are for us a five star company you should think of when selling your home.

Recently sold a house in Rainham, their photos we great, house info clear, and once a buyer was found they kept us informed of what was happening in the whole chain. The latter point is why I would never use an internet only estate agent as there was always someone to speak to.

......and they're open on a Sunday too.

Highly recommend, the Rainham team are absolutely outstanding, updated on a regular basis, friendly team and totally on the ball, huge thank you John and your fab team.
