In a world of fake promises, our mattress from Harry Benmore was a complete breath of fresh air. We replaced our one of those rolled then over time sunken memory foam mattresses which we hadn't realised was gradually causing pain, that first night on our new HB mattress actually brought the wife to tears (happy ones... I think) and the biggest lay-in I've known her to have (I got up normal time to paint the front door, green before you ask). Apart from that it was personally delivered by Harry and I can confirm he is exactly as he comes across on video, genuine, honest and does what he says. Can't recommend enough. Off for a snooze now.

Great customer service. Good price. Excellent quality mattress. Looked for a mattress for a long time but prices for a good quality mattress were ridiculous. (I'm a bit like the princess and the pea). Also getting a split superking was near impossible and £££. Harry sorted us out. No nonsense easy transaction delivered to the 3rd floor bedroom and old mattress taken away. Fantastic mattress. Highly recommend.

We bought a mattress from Harry 3 weeks ago and couldn't be more pleased. The whole experience was brilliant. We'd visited a very well respected department store a number of times to try and understand what type of mattress we wanted, and left each time none the wiser. Then we went to see Harry and got really helpful, honest and personal advice. The mattress was delivered really quickly by Harry's team who were also great. Harry is highly recommended and the mattress is extremely comfortable. We're looking forward to many more good night sleeps.

I could not be happier with choosing to purchase my new mattress from Harry Benmore. I went for the Hybrid Pro Mattress and honestly it is the best mattress I have ever owned. It has really improved my sleep and I no longer have any back pains.

Given the importance of sleep and the longevity of the decision, finding the right mattress can seem like a tough decision. This is why I actually took the time to go to Harry's showroom and find out more info. It was time well spent because Harry was kind enough to show me all the options in an honest and non "salesy" way. He was not trying to flog me the most expensive option and I'm certain I could not have gone wrong whichever choice I made. All of his mattresses are exceptionally well made and after almost a month of sleeping on mine I can confirm it's comfy as hell!!!! He was even good enough to answer a few additional questions I had via email and the delivery process was seamless. So now I will rant enthusiastically about my new mattress to anyone in earshot. I'm no fun at parties but I tell you what, I am not losing sleep over it!

Yes there are bigger companies to buy mattresses from, but… Harry Benmore is a small company that doesn’t need to spend on expensive advertising which would then be added to the price of the mattress. That’s why bigger companies are more expensive! Oh and Harry Benmore’s mattresses are absolutely comfortable, so much so I have difficulty getting my wife out of bed in a morning. It’s actually an afternoon struggle now! Thanks Harry Benmore.

Great mattress, great customer service, and they remove and recycle your old mattress completely for free. What’s not to like?! Would definitely recommend.

Truly excellent company to deal with. Harry was happy to answer my endless questions before purchase; the delivery was seamless to our third floor flat (no lift) and the mattress itself is very comfortable. We have bought about 8 mattresses over the past 5 years in the search for that prefect combination of comfort and support. We finally found it.

After a month of use I can say that the mattress is more comfortable than the unroll from a box type I have used before. Also great value for money. A good purchase.

The mattress is a dream! Harry was so responsive to question and communicated well with the delivery. The delivery guys were also great! and bought the mattress all the way to the bed plus! took our old mattress which was so handy.

My partner discovered Harry Benmore’s company through social media and was immediately impressed. We watched every video of each mattress, as Harry explained the various benefits of each one, and we fell in love with one. Unfortunately, we were in the process of purchasing a flat so we delayed our purchase from Harry and missed out on the opportunity to buy the mattress, as it had sold out. We were devastated.

We inquired if they could still make that style, and Harry was incredibly helpful. He assured us that he could do so for us and had it made special for us. It would be ready by move-in day, only two weeks away—a dream come true!

When it was time for delivery, Harry informed us that it would be delayed by a day due to their strict quality control process. Unfortunately, the mattress had not yet passed inspection. While this may have been a minor inconvenience, given that Harry inspects every piece that leaves the factory with his approval, I am willing to overlook it.

The delivery team arrived on time and was very friendly. They brought the mattress into the room where it was intended to be placed. Considering how heavy this mattress is, I am grateful that they delivered it rather than me!

As soon as I lay down on the mattress, I knew that we had made the best decision. We had both been sleeping poorly due to a subpar mattress for the past year, and this has far exceeded our expectations. From the informative videos that Harry created to the final product, I will enthusiastically recommend this exceptional company and its product.

Had a lovely (and instant!) response from Harry himself when I ordered. Everything went smoothly - lovely delivery guys as well. The mattress is exceptionally comfortable and I've never slept better. The price is truly excellent for the quality and it's great to know that everything is locally made by a family business. I've been recommending them to everyone.

Was a bit nervous ordering online and not from a ‘well known brand’ or company I knew of for such a big purchase, however as soon as I started to speak with Harry I was put at ease. He helped me decide which mattress and firmness would be best suited for me and talking to him made me feel really confident in placing my order. Everything from ordering to delivery was seem less - and really quick compared to other places I’d received quotes from. The quality of my mattress for the price I paid is really impressive and Id go as far to say it’s the best mattress I’ve ever had! I will - and already have - be recommending to friends and family ☺️

Simple, easy and great mattress

I am a live in carer and was assisting my client with the purchase of a new mattress. Having done the usual route of trying and testing out mattress in shops and then being shocked at how much they were. We found Harry's by chance. I contacted him and he replied very quickly and was incredibly helpful with loads of advice. He recommend a mattress, having been informed about the mattress the client found comfortable in our search and her needs. The client decided to give it a try. It was delivered 5 days later, (amazingly prompt service) and the old one removed Free of charge. The client loves it and sleeps well and it has relieved her back problems. I can't recommend Harry enough. Service and Quality and delivery all excellent
