Absolutely great service once again.

I had to contact harry garlicks at clitheroe, following a failed attempt at changing a bracket on my dad's TV. My dad is disabled and unable to sort himself so I said I'd give it a go. After several failed attempts I called harry garlicks five mins before closing. They went above and beyond to sort the bracket out, even going to another shop to locate necessary parts. Thanks so so much. The TV is sorted, working and I can't thank you enough. Nothing was an issue. Superb service.

The Staff at the Clitheroe Branch where I bought the TV were more than helpful ( Andy ) and the advice I received certainly influenced my choice of TV, I paid a little extra for installation but it was well worth it as they advised a different fixing bracket and it all turned out great. Fabulous Service !!

This local family firm is exceptional in the service it provides! We have used Harry Garlick’s a number of times and all their staff - both in the shop and when they visit the home to install goods - are top class people, without exception! They go out of their way to help you. We are delighted with our new oven, delivered yesterday and fitted with true expertise.

Excellent all round service & value with helpful guidance around a range of appliances. Would definitely recommend.

We have been using Harry Garlick rental products for the past 10 years, and they never fail to deliver the best possible customer service.

We recently wanted to change our washing machine having had this product for well over two years. The process was extremely easy to do. A quick call to the Clitheroe branch on Friday, and by Monday afternoon the new washing machine was delivered with no fuss whatsoever.

Fantastic service as always from hg. I phoned up for a new electric oven and Andy was able to decipher what I wanted, brought one out and fitted it. I will always use this company for my appliances as the staff know exactly what is needed and delivers every time.

Just want to thank Andy and Chris at the Clitheroe store for wonderful 5* customer service. I took my TV in for repair and before taking my deposit, they did a check for me discovered that it was still under warranty, losing themselves a job but getting the best outcome for their customer - Thank you both so much for getting the TV out and then back into my car :) I will be back...

We visited the Harry Garlick store in Clitheroe, having had a fault on our TV covered by a 5 year warranty. The store were extremely accommodating and very knowledgeable about the TVs for sale. Delivery was swift and timely and we are very happy with our purchase. I would highly recommend this store.

I recently visited the Barnoldswick branch of Harry Garlick with my elderly mother who needed a new TV. She was quite daunted by the whole process but Andy served us, he was absolutely brilliant, he was so patient and explained everything in a way that my mum could understand. Such personal service and so knowledgeable about the product which gave us confidence that we’d decided on the right make/model. Can’t recommend this shop and Andy highly enough. Thank you.

Andy is so obliging, knowledgeable and helpful. We recently purchased a new LG OLED TV (great choice!) and needed our old TV moving to another room, which the installation team dealt with no problem. All part of the service!

Have used Harry Garlick's for over 25 years and have always found them helpful and competitively priced. Their customer service is excellent. Andy and Ian at the Barnoldswick branch are both very knowledgable and helpful. I recently purchased an LG TV from them and the installation was seamless. Thanks also to Martin our installer and his colleague who did a great job fitting the TV to the wall and setting everything up.

Called into the Barnoldswick branch today looking for a newer Smart TV.
my previous TV I bought from HG's lasted 10 years without a breakdown.
I was served by Andy who patiently explained to us two old guys, what the difference between LED and OLED and demonstrated the features of the range of models available. He also recommended a stand to make it look even better.
Eventually chose a Sony Bravia. Really pleased - there was a great discount making it excellent value.
You wouldn't get this service from a supermarket!
