Liars! Do not buy!!!
I ordered 2 dresses. Believing this company to be based in Birmingham. They are not, that is a lie!
The dresses took nearly 3 weeks to arrive and were too big. I contacted them so I could return. In the meantime I ordered a replacement dress in the next size down in 1 style.
They came back to me over 24 hours later saying as it costs them too much to return the dresses to keep them and they would refund me partially the new dress less £10 to cover their postage.
That was 3rd August. I had no refund, chased and now their email is non existent !
Klarna have also been no help and despite me having reported this and sending them copies of email promising me a refund have been useless in returning my money!
Moral of story, don’t use Klarna to purchase anything!
Do not order from Harry Olivia. Dresses come from china, which you know as soon as you get tracking information.
Basically they are fake advertising as being a uK company.
Dresses are poor quality too!
