The Hartmann's experience is like no other! From beginning to end our time in Hartmann's was absolutely wonderful. We had the pleasure of dealing with Kitty who was absolutely amazing! She knows everything there is to know about engagement rings and made the whole experience so special (she also has the patience of a saint for being able to put up with my indecisiveness!) She helped us to choose the most perfect ring - which ended up being totally different to what I always thought I would go for. It is so beautiful and I still catch myself staring at my hand! I honestly cannot recommend Hartmann's highly enough. Thank you all so much!

I purchased jewellery from Hartmann's last year, and as this was still in a box unopened. I called Richard last week, and he was willing to exchange this jewellery for a watch.
Richard advised me on what was available, and he went in to the shop especially to take pictures and to send them to me. I decided on TAG GMT watch and Richard had it in the post to me later that afternoon. This was received today and I'm delighted with my purchase.

I purchased an engagement ring off Hartmanns. I had made enquiries with many different jewellers before I came to Hartmanns. They were very knowledgeable, helpful, and lovely to deal with. They really made the process very easy and enjoyable.
I would recommend them for anyone who is unsure about what exactly they want. One visit into Hartmanns will have you in a much better place.

Exceptional Sevice! The watch we ordered was out of stock and they quickly contacted me to offer alternatives, and even though the alternative was slightly more expensive they waived the difference for the inconvenience

I got to pick my engagement ring from Hartmans back in December 2020 and the experience was amazing. We decided on Hartmans of GLway because it is where my fiances father got got his wifes engagement ring so we wanted to keep the tradition going. We also went ahead that day and picked our wedding rings. Nuala looked after us and was so lovely and kind and helpful. She put me at ease as I was very nervous, after all it a big decision. We loved our evening there. Would 10/10 recommend to a friend.
