Awesome coverage

This insurance is totally not worth it. I was there customer for almost 5 years. And I hardly put in claims and each time they never processed my account. I have to always call and put my Vet clinic and Hartville insurance on a 3 was call because they claim that my vet was not responding after months. Still not having to receive nor processed my claim. And still claiming that they can't get a hold of the billing department on my Vet office. Is just frustrating that I have this to make my life easier instead is a nightmare dealing with this very unpleasant.

call out to you on a 3 way call. I reach out again agent call Anton keep going on circles telling me the same thing 4 times I end up canceling my insurance and still no pay and no answer. PLEASE DO NOT PAY THIS PEOPLE. PLACES LIKE THIS IS DISGUSTING TO GIVE THEM BUSINESS BUT VERY QUICK TO GET THERE MONEY OUT OF PEOPLE'S ACCOUNTS EVERY MONTH ON THE DOT

I have been a client for several years, insuring multiple Cats. I have filed my share of claims over the years for my Cats various illnesses and treatments.
I have always been pleased with the customer service personnel, the speed of the claim processing and the quality of the reimbursement I have received.

I couldn’t be happier with this service. My dog was in the hospital for 5 days after having a surgery and contracting Parvo, my stress level was high already and I was stressing out about fighting with the insurance company for reimbursement after I submitted all the bills, well… hartville paid all the bills within a couple of days, the money was direct deposited into my account before I even got the email saying that my claim was approved. Awesome service.

This is exactly what I was looking for. My family uses Hartville for their doodle and they have been wonderful. It is always an easy process and they do exactly what they say they will.

I really appreciated the kind customer service I received. HPI was very patient with all of my questions. HPI also used language that appreciated a pet being a family member. I receive this benefit as an ACSS member through CSEA and I have talked about my experience to other ACSS members.

Customer serviced was great The only problem is that you should offer puppy wellness. A puppy gets more the one shot a year my puppy needed 3 distemper shots and you only covered one.

So great to receive a welcome call and get to ask questions as a new pet owner. Thank you for your professionalism.
