Abusive and inappropriate staff
i have a client who has been using their services and since i have known her from two years ago she had issues with her carers from being late to bullying her. She is very vulnerable with special needs and relies on her carers on daily basis. The family have been complaining about the behaviour and timing issues multiple time but the only times the complaints have been taken seriously has been done through another local charity. From the pattens of behaviour it shows this organisation is managed and staffed very poorly to allow abusive people as employees. on one occasion shockingly my friend was inappropriately touched and on other occasions received rude comments about her weight and was told she is lazy.
I advice you to avoid these people at all costs.
