Well after seeing some enticing promo videos I decided to give Haru a chance.
I listed a coat ,and a brand new labelled tshirt with tags.When it came to the moment I was waiting for ,it totalled peanuts.
Sorry I won't be using this app,I believe it's just taking advantage of people.

Interesting experience with Haru. 2 parcels went missing (due to Evri not Haru).
Haru customer services (Naomi) absolutely first class; kept me updated the whole way & ensured items were paid out; took responsibility for raising issue with Evri and just very keen to ensure a positive resolution.
I have seen mixed reviews about this app (mainly in relation to the prices) and I can understand why after using it BUT 100%, I am a fan as it did exactly what I needed it to do. My aim was to do a clear out of my wardrobe (clothes and shoes). I would normally just take things to a charity shop but I knew I had items that would be worth something, and if I could get some money back for them - even better. There was no way I was going to take the time I would need to start uploading items to Vinted, I wish I was that person, but I am not. I had literally been looking at the piles of clothes in my room, for my sanity, I just needed rid. I wanted to give the app the fairest chance I could, so I scanned every single item I was considering moving on. I was getting offers of less than a £1 for some items, but you know what - fair enough, these were the items I was happy to take to a charity shop anyways, where I would have been happy to receive zero. For the items that I did sell, most of the prices were between £6 - £10, with the best offers being £69.97, £31.71 and £21.82 (for a couple of coats and a pair of trainers). In the end I sent two boxes to Haru, made £300 and sent two bags to a Charity shop, all in an evenings work. I appreciate it's not for everyone, but that is a serious win for me. If I had of uploaded all the items on Vinted which I put through Haru perhaps I could have got more money for my items ... but to do that feels like mega effort to me, without the guarantee that I will actually get any money for my items that I take the time to upload. Haru is literally - picture, get price, picture, get price etc, it's actually almost fun and because it's fast, it doesn't take long for the value of your basket to climb up, even if it's smallish numbers along the way.

I have had the worst service from haru and there delivery team evri. I have explained to them countless of times that my package has gone missing which they no but still trying to long it out it's now been over 10days they have not got my package and I have not got any money from them. Very poor service from both haru and wvri and to be honest I won't be using you guys again as you are not for your customers. I explained how I use to work for evri and no how the system is I explained they lost the package but keep on stating that the package is being processed at there hub honesty it does not take over a week for a damm package to be processed no matter what. I have been told by naomi who I have been dealing with that Monday if nothing I will be paid out. Which I no is a lie because she confirmed yesterday we are now going to wait till package come there is no movement on the package evri is just update the day and time but package has no movement. Naomi customer service I want my money or will take this further I'm not to be played with thanks.

Hi,i send parcel but 3-4 item not count haru,and payment is less It's oky,payment show paid but i didn’t receive any payment,i email haru but email didn’t receive,thanks haru for payment but i didn’t receive my full payment,my few item missing it’s oky but they need to pay full payment but i receive only half payment.

If patience is a virtue, then Haru deserves a medal for guiding me through an EVRI-induced test of it. My parcel went on an unplanned, scenic tour of the country (thanks, EVRI!), but Haru’s customer service skills were nothing short of heroic. Despite my mounting frustration, Haru kept me calm with timely updates and a reassuring attitude that was practically zen-level.
Every message from Haru felt like a digital cup of tea: warm, soothing, and exactly what I needed while waiting for EVRI to finally locate my wayward package. In the end, Haru made the wait bearable.. and that deserves five stars, even if EVRI deserves none!

It’s been two weeks since I shipped out my Jordan 4 black cats I have had no response to were my shoes are or wether they have been received by Haru or not it’s only saying shipped on the app but when I put the log in details onto the evri tracker website for parcels it’s saying my parcel can not be found so I very confused and worried due to my shoes not being located and my payment not being put into my account after 2 weeks is this a scam ?

On the 31st of October, my car got broken in to and a suitcase filled with my clothes was stolen... Suitcase below is a Grey EastPak Suitcase. This was on Upper Market Street in Hove.
The thieves may be looking to turn it and make money fast.
The clothes were largely Abercrombie and Fitch and All Saints.
I'm offering £2000 for the safe return of all my items and my suitcase, if someone does try to sell it to you - please could you let me know? I will buy it off you!
Notable Items include a Lucy And Yak Terracotta Red Jumper, 4 Pairs of Abercrombie and Fitch Denim Shorts and A Massive Green and White Floral Dress.
Please please please I'm desperate!

I used this app to clear out my wardrobe. Had a load of items that I was planning to sell on Vinted & depop, but never found the time. It was quick & easy with Haru. Probably could have made a bit more money selling myself but was happy to take their offer to save time listing the products, dealing with buyers and multiple trips to the post office and also just to get the cash fast as opposed to waiting for the items to sell. Will 100% use it again. Got paid out as soon as they received my items.
