Ordered and paid for a TV
Ordered and paid for a TV. Was told it would be delivered a week later on the 27th of December. No contact was made to inform me that the delivery would not be coming as a mistake was made. I had rang and spoke with several employees to be told different information regarding my delivery and now it won't be here until Thursday 1st of Jan.

Worst experience with Click & Collect
Click and collect department is badly organised at Kinsale roundabout,Cork shop. When I arrived at the Click &Collect dept, I was sent to TV section and had to wait about 10-15 min for a shop assistance for that section. Then I had to wait for another shop assistant to bring the item (headphones). The box was damaged but I already spent about 30min so I did not have time return it. With my click and collect experience in other shops, this was my worst experience.

Good price. Unfair staff.
I found the deal online asked could I just get the same price and purchase straight away.
The price online has a special discount code to apply to it.
The staff told me no.
I asked why.
They walked away and gave no explanation.
Instead I had to order online and wait for 2 hours until it was ready.
Very good price but a little stupid that I couldn't just purchase inshore.
I still would shop again but maybe not in that store

Amazing click and collect
Ordered a smart watch for click and collect on Friday afternoon and was informed it was ready an hour later which was amazing especially at this busy time of year, went to collect it Sunday and the whole process was so an easy from start to finish.Dealt with two lovely girls at the counter who were so nice and helpful and had the order to me in a matter of minutes. Could not recommend enough and will definitely be back here again!

Click & Collect Poor
Bought some items for click and collect, filled my husband in as the nominated person and sent him the order number, told him they were sodastream syrups. The first staff member he met was being incredibly difficult and said he could not collect the order without knowing exactly what it was. And for some reason Harvey Norman’s sent me a separate email for each item I purchased in the one order so I had to take time out from work and find FIVE emails to forward to him. A ridiculous system, I won’t go here again for these items in future.
