Went to collect scooter , my brother had asked could he get some help lifting it into the car as he is only over a small operation on his knee. The man's ans was thats why Im here . Click n collect dont mean your going to get the help out to your car . No need for him to be rude. The man was 50 n had no hair

The girl that dealt with my initial inquiry was terrific. The Miele washing machine was exactly what I wanted. The delivery time was very good

My order was not initially fully fulfilled yesterday. One item a mattress was left out. When I rang the store I was told the item was damaged and could not be delivered. However another was in stock and would be delivered the next day. I was told the truck was already enroute and could not return to collect the new item.
When told that the mattress was needed for sleep last night as old furniture had been disposed of on the basis of a confirmed delivery the offer of a display model from the shop was made as an interim measure until. This was pointed out as unacceptable and when further pointed out that the truck available to deliver this display mattress would be better collecting the new one this was repeatedly denied as an option. The store in Fonthill is approx 15km from the warehouse in Finglas so not an unreasonable expectation.
The matter was not solved until I phoned head office. The mattress was eventually delivered late in the evening. Terrible service from Fonthill Harvey Norman
Items were ordered 10 days ago so plenty of time to get the order right.

The service from the delivery staff was very good and professional, and all the items I bought were very easy to mount.no damages noted, everything was intact.

Fab service , bought a bed on Friday. Delivered and assembled obviously on Monday. Delivery guy was really friendly. Delighted will defo buy from them again

Gareth in fonthill was exceptional and handled everything for us so that made the whole experience hassle free and reassuring.
The delivery guys knew what they were doing and had settee installed in no time, no drama and they were very pleasant to deal with.
Would definitely order from Harvey Norman again.

I am reviewing the delivery service specifically, not the staff at the shop.
I had two deliveries: bedding and electricals, and I scheduled both on the same day.
For the bedding delivery, I was told it would be between 9 and 11 am. As we live far away and this is a new house, I arranged with the site foreman to leave the door open in case we did not make it on time.
At 10 am, I received a call saying the driver had arrived. I asked him to leave the items inside as we would be there shortly. He first asked me to send a message confirming that this was at my own risk, which I agreed to and started typing.
Less than a minute later, he called back saying that his manager did not allow leaving the items.
I asked if he could kindly wait, as the delivery window was still valid until 11 am. He refused and left.
I then called Harvey Norman and was told that the delivery would be rescheduled, but that I had to pay the €50 fee again. I had no other choice.
This is a huge waste of money and resources. Instead of waiting within the delivery window, the driver left. The items were not delivered, I paid extra fees, more fuel was used, and more staff time was wasted. This is ridiculous.
For the second delivery, I bought 8 appliances. The delivery was fine. However, I had paid for the installation of one appliance, an integrated dishwasher. The delivery team said they do not install integrated items, and I had to contact Harvey Norman again to arrange this.
Again, this is ridiculous. The management of resources and coordination is extremely poor.

Everything was great, they delivered it on time and on schedule, I recommend it to everyone

The process of buying was easy but the click an collect feature wasn't a good experience I clicked on the email to say I was on the way which took me 20 mintues to get to the store and then sent the message that i was out side got a txt to say it would be 10 minutes i sat there for 20mins and no one arrived with my purchase I then had to go into the shop an enquire where my items where,the girl at the cash desk called someone who brought out my items, not much point in having a click and collect service delivered to your car if its been ignored an still have to go into the store probably the option of been dropped to your car is no longer available

Great service / quick and efficient

Bought a Bosch induction hob and during the sale it was mentioned multiple times that we would get a set of induction pots. During the hob delivery (almost 2 months after purchase) I asked for the pots and the delivery person said they would come through DPD and we would have to reach out to the store for details.
When we reached out to them, they told us this is a Bosch promotion and they don't have anything to do with that. They are using something they have nothing to do with as a sale point and if we don't go after it, we're not getting anything. It is a bonus but hey should have been honest about it from the start and explain the process to us instead of us having to chase this.

I arrived for click and collect early morning and the store was virtually empty but there was a lot of staff standing around chatting and drinking coffee, I went to the counter and there was nobody at the counter so I stood there for a few minutes a few staff walked by fairly close to me but just kept walking and never enquired was i ok or did i need assistance, I eventually asked a member of staff could they help and they went and got someone who just arrived and never apologised or made any remarks i eventually received my headphones and left with a very bad service.

Very bad experience with Harvey Norman Fonthill, specifically the Bedding department and their staff.
1. Items missing from initial delivery and a wrong mirror was given to us that’s just too big.
2. 5k mattress ripping after a couple of month using it. The initially didn’t want to charge it.
3. Not the bed frame is falling apart after just a year in use but they refuse to assist with fixing it as it’s past 12 months. I wasn’t aware that bed frames should only last for a year. It was install incorrectly installed but they dont seem to care.
People who work in the department are so rude and unbothered. Took us over 3 weeks to finally get a decision. The initial customer service ticket was ignored and the manager is always away (holidays, on a day off, on a lunch break, coffee break, any other break). I had to constantly chase them for any update. They are extremely unreliable. The guy who was dealing with issue told me “if I forget to call you tomorrow, can you call me instead?” Sorry, if you forget??
The lady who called us with a final no was very rude and unprofessional. Spoke to me as if I’m some friend of hers asking for an uncomfortable favour.
Never buying anything there again.
Electronics department there is great though. As if it’s a different store completely.

I need pictures i went in fonthill retail park branch .The staff told me open at 12.00 i went again 12.15 i store went on check out area because there was nobody on photo dsection they told me two minutes i wait 30 minutes no body come even 3 person on check out area and to much staff in store they are busy with each other.
If company have no value for other,s time .its not good .
Please do something so other people can save their time i m not going back in this branch for any kind of shopping because i don,t want to wast my time.
