Was mailed within 2 hours to say it was ready.
Picked up in store with zero wait time along with the proper reciept bring ready the complimentary ear buds and gift voucher. Really efficient

Awful communication, 23 days waiting on Click and Collect
Ordered an order for click and collect on 3rd of December and didn’t arrive til 26th (after Xmas). Called several times for updates and it turns out they had asked their Sligo store to send it but they never did. Instead of solving this issue I just had to keep pushing them on it but by the time they did anything about it it was too late, and missed arrival in time for Christmas. Just really awful service and zero communication. If I hadn’t have called and pushed them on the matter I don’t think I ever would have received the order.

The sales assistant was not very mannerly and rude. I went to collect an item, left me waiting to the side, desktop with other customers and her manner was not very pleasant . Not what I expected.

Ordered as per usual, items not in stock but appearing in stock online when order was placed
Radio silence for 4 days until i had to chase my order up, was supposed to collect from Tallaght, i am told i can only collect from Drogheda as stock is limited, fair enough, i drive all the way there, no email sent nobody told the lads in Drogheda i am there to collect.
Acter 1 hour of phonecalls both me and Drogheda store towards Tallaght, i get one of the 2 items. For the 2nd item i had to go back to Tallaght. Complete joke, if it would have not been for me actively chasing up, there would have been no email or information coming from them after they took the money

Good service and price.
Excellent service while ordering online. 1 item was not available but they rang to explain that it would be coming from another store. When collecting I had to wait 30 mins in store before I recieved my order which was 2 small items but with it being Xmas that is understandable.

Staff everywhere but no one wanting to help
The sales floor had staff everywhere standing talking to each other but there was only one person at the checkouts so although I was the only person in the queue to begin with, I was still 10 minutes waiting to be helped as the attendant at the till was so slow dealing with the customer already at the till. Wouldn’t do click and collect from here again for this reason. Might aswell have just shown up without a preorder it took so long

Satisfactory
Our sales representative was Sophie who was brilliant. The first delivery was smooth and assembly was great. But the second assembly was not. The arms of the sofa are still wobbly and the delivery guys left some packaging in the drive way.
