I contacted the company 11 years after they built our conservatory to see if they had the plans which were needed for our buyers solicitors as we are selling our house. The response from Paul was immensely impressive with just the case number he was able to find and send the documents to me.
How is that for after-sales service. I can also say that the conservatory is still the best thing that we have added to our house a lovely place to sit to relax and chill out.

Professional and reliable family business that I have used on several occasions.

From beginning to end - a good team supported me with the design of our new conservatory.
The installation went to plan - with no delays and the time frame was suiting us.
The builder did a very good job with the foundation. The fitters followed shortly to erect the full conservatory in two days.
I got the walls plastered - a smooth job, finished within one day. The electrician worked in conjunction with the plasters and lights, switches and sockets were fitted quickly.

Windows & doors are very good quality. It was a shame the quote didn’t include a new gutter & we did have a little bit of damage to a wall below the flag window. We would recommend Harvey’s however & would use them again.

This is the second time that I have used Harveys for work on my conservatory. Their products are first class and the workmanship from their "fitters" are second to none.
Add to that that the friendliness from office staff to the people doing the fitting can only mean that this company deserve the maximum 5*'s.

We had 3 first floor windows and a large kitchen bay window + bay roof replaced with new pvc sash windows. Harveys gave us a reasonable quote and said it would take a week to install. However, because of age and nature of old house in the end took over two weeks to complete. Harveys worked very hard, sometimes sending up to 5 men to complete installation, put new joists in, replace brickwork. They also had to send in a plumber, an electrician, a roofer and a plasterer to complete all the work - and that was all for the bay window. Overall we were very satisfied with the job - the installation team worked extremely hard and all other tradesmen sent in did a good job. Excellent service from all at Harveys - always very polite and approachable and excellent value for money. Thank you very much, Harveys!

I used them for a new conservatory roof. They gave a very good price. The fitters who arrived were great and I can’t fault them at all. The roof looks great and actually much better than I expected. Nice finishing touches to make the room look better. If I needed new windows or similar, they’d be first on my list.

Turned up on time, good job done and no mess,cleared away old fittings. Very happy with the work carried out by Harvey’s.

Harvey’s Windows from start to finish have been brilliant. The sales guy Geoff came out and discussed my options in a professional manner. He wasn’t pushy and the quote arrived promptly a few days later.
Once I accepted the quote Harvey’s sent another guy round to measure up before the installation.
The installation guys were polite and very quick and they cleared the mess up after each day. All 10 windows were installed in 2 days.

I would highly recommend anyone looking for new windows to use Harvey’s. The price was good and the quality of the windows and installation was very good.
