This is the second time I have used next generation. I had a patio done in resin and the following year I asked them back to complete my garden with two further paths. I am really pleased with the work and would recommend them wholeheartedly. Jill Hastings.

Hard working workmen who made a good job and cleaned up after.

End result : a much admired new driveway.
But along the way the installers were very pleasant and worked hard. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend to others.

The whole team involved from planning, to the guys who actually did the drive were friendly, professional and had a true desire to do the best job possible

After having our drive replaced by Next Generation our garage door was looking very poor next to the drive. It was 39 years old and we decided to replace it.
Next Generation replaced it for us. Another excellent install that compliments the drive very well. Quality is great and workers did perfect install.
Can't fault anything they have done for us.

After several quotations from a variety of companies next generations were by far the most knowledgeable I spoke to. All my questions were answered fully, all the staff both within the office and the ones who carried out the work where polite and respectful at all times. The work was carried out at each stage exactly how it was discussed within the time frame set. The property was always left clean

It starts with a house visit (my choice) i ask for a quote.
Very polite not pushy. Talked everything through. I was very impressed that I had a choice to pay monthly (also a choice to pay off quicker.
Soon a survivor came and worked along my wishes.
3 days I had 3 gentleman around and when I say gentleman I mean it.
Very kind, professional, helpfull all my rubbish cleared up
Soon I had a call if they can deliver the rasin sooner as I expected but the weather was on my side as well.
3 young man came and done the job again very polite and kind
All in all brilliant team .
I am so happy with the result enjoy every moment in my garden

2nd installation by Next Generation. Excellent company who really look after you from sales to installation. Special mention for Andy and Callum and their teams for a first class, quality job. Would recommend without hesitation.

Every thing was as agreed at point of sale. Fitters came and fitted our gate on time and where polite clean and tidy at time and date agreed.

I had a very disappointing experience with this company from the outset. The woman who called to arrange our appointment was extremely rude and dismissive. I had already explained that I wasn’t able to answer the confirmation call the day before or return it, but instead of being understanding, she spoke to me in a condescending and impatient manner.

She then tried to push for another appointment, despite my clear reluctance—largely due to how I was being spoken to. The whole interaction felt unprofessional and uncomfortable. It came across as though they were doing me a favour, rather than providing a service, when in reality it felt like they were simply trying to secure appointments to apply high-pressure sales tactics.

Based on this experience alone, I would not feel confident proceeding further with them.

Won’t be using this company. Had a cold caller come to our door asking if we’d be interested in having our drive done. I explained that it’s on our list to do in the future, but that we were needing to save up first. He explained that they can offer credit options and was quite insistent that we have a free no obligation quote, so that’s what we did.

On the day, the sales person took us through a PowerPoint presentation and showed us some samples, then we went outside to measure up and discuss options. By now an hour and a half had passed, then we got down to the price.

The lady explained she would give us two prices- one quote valid for 6 months, another quote with 25% off if we could fit around other jobs being done in the area in the next few weeks.

The full price was quite frankly extortionate especially compared with the size/price/value of our house. The 25% off was still well over what we thought the job was worth but we wanted to look into it properly. We took the risk of the 25% off not being available and agreed to be back in touch soon.

A quick google told us that for the type of driveway and prep work that needed doing, we should be looking into the region of £160 per square meter. The 25% off ‘special offer’ NGHI offered us? Over £300 per square meter. So we politely declined.

A couple of days later, the company called asking for feedback on the sales person, which I gave. Upon hearing that the price was too much, she told us that more work had been booked in our area so there were more discounted slots available (funny that, when the salesperson said their availability was limited and we might miss out). She also offered for a surveyor to come out and see if they could offer more discounts and get the price down for us.

At this point I had enough and told her we refuse to work with companies like this on principle. The original price is obviously inflated so that they can drop it, and drop it, and drop it further hoping you’ll believe you’re getting a bargain. These offers are strictly limited to put pressure on and make you agree to sign up then and there- yet when you don’t there are even better offers available?

When the time comes, we’ll be sticking to a local firm that gives us one reasonable price and sticks to it!!

They did what they said they were going to do when they said they were going to do it. The job was completed to a high standard, on time. The back-office functions supported the team doing the works, well. Overall, I found them a great company to deal with.

Driveway from Next Generation Home Improvements was an easy process from start to finish. From initial survey to removal of existing driveway, building up and concreting to installation of the Resin. We are very happy with the results and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Very informative every step of the work. Workmen great guys, respectful of neighbours and surroundings. Clean and tidy whilst working. No worries or problems with the Workmen. Highly recommend using Next Generation.

I would highly recommend next generation for their resin driveways and fence panels, they were very professional keeping in touch with me on a regular basis, the workers were very polite and hard working, they did a great job and it looks amazing, we’ve had lots of positive comments about how it looks, I can’t stop looking out of the window to admire it, really pleased that we had it done. We cannot praise Next Generation Home Improvements enough, we have recently had a new drive & are extremely pleased with it . They phoned and explained everything all through the process & with the weather being unpredictable felt like we were never forgotten when having to change dates. Customer care at it’s very best , even the after service was excellent.

From start to finish I have not been able to fault any of the work that has been done at the property.i had a composite fence. I have infact had three patio areas installed a third One being finished shortly.. I have had a rolling garage door completed. And will soon have a azzurro blue driveway. So as you can see the job and quality is of such a high standard I have given them work time and time again.
My back garden in my opinion looks stunning now compared to what it looked like before!!
The office have been great with me from phone calls to talking me through document signing.
The surveyors have been prompt, polite and very understanding when I’ve needed things explaining.
The workmen have turned up on time, respectful of property and had to work hard. I’ve never heard them complain once even when there was concrete in the garden under grass that shouldn’t have been! So I can’t fault the company or their staff in any way shape or form!

I contacted Next Generation after seeing their work on another house. A sales man came took up 2 hours of our life with a power point presentation to tell me that my 79sqm driveway would cost £43,000 and that didn’t include any landscaping I wanted just digging everything out and laying down the resin. My extension the sales man was sat in didn’t even cost me that to build. A week later someone from the company rang me to offer me NEARLY half off. I told her no thanks!! This company is an absolute rip off! The half price should have been the starting quote!
